Hawks’ Roost Boerne Texas
Wunderschönes Zuhause in der Wohngegend der Stadt. Dies ist der heißeste Teil der Stadt, der einer Gentrifizierung unterzogen wird, da jeder in der Nähe der Hauptstraße wohnen möchte. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich am Frederick Creek, in einer abgelegenen Sackgasse mit nur einem Nachbarn. In der Sackgasse gibt es beispielsweise Parkplätze mit Platz für Wohnwagen. Das Haus besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern für 7 Erwachsene oder 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es verfügt über 3 Bäder und einen Trainingsraum mit Laufband sowie Ellipsentrainer und Barben mit Sitzbank. Es hat ein tolles Deck mit Blick auf Creek und Deer Run. Es hat auch eine Feuerstelle für frostige Nächte. Es ist mit Kabel-TV und Waschmaschine, Trockner und Internet ausgestattet.

Everything was exactly as described and more. The home easily accommodated our family of 8 and we loved the back patio. Very clean with all the comforts of home. We will definitely keep in mind for future stays in Boerne.

Everything about your stay will be wonderful. The home sits on a quiet street but is just minuets from everything. We can access I-10, down town,HEB, area restaurants and walking trails so easily. Come stay and feel at home.

Very well kept and organized. Exceptional quality of all furnishings inside and out. Very welcoming, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Will use this property as a headquarter on all our trips to the south Texas area in the future.

Everything about this was perfect. We had plenty of space for everyone, it was close to everything we needed, and the owners were great. We will be back!

Beautiful, well-laid-out home!
The house was wonderfully stocked. We wanted for nothing… it was all there!
Beds were comfortable. Rooms were sizable (including bathrooms). The living area and outdoor deck were perfect for gathering as a group.
Our group of 8 ranged in age from 9 months to 81 years old. Everyone had a great time!
Will definitely book again if in the area.

The home is lovely. It was large enough to accommodate my extended family. The dining room table is large and was the scene of many gatherings. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking pots of various sizes. The location is wonderful.

My husband and I stayed for 17 days, the house worked out great for us, we were gone during the day time doing activities with family or visiting the great little towns around Boerne but it was great to have a quite place to come back to at night. Chet was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

House is perfect for a family weekend together. Our family has outgrown one house so we booked this for our family reunion. NIce place and fit our needs perfectly. Easy walk to Hauptstrasse and all of the activities there.

We wanted a place where a couple of families could stay for a wedding and this place was so perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The common spaces were great for multiple family members to sit and chat. The location was ideal for short walks to the downtown shops. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house tucked away. Tons of off street parking. Any questions were answered promptly by the owner. We would, absolutely, stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Dr. Hawkins' property. It looks inviting from the outside and the inside is just as wonderful and welcoming. Communication was great as was the location. You'll feel right at home. The back deck area was very nice and relaxing. Bourne was a great base to relax, check out the local scene, and then easily travel to Fredericksburg and San Antonio. Looking forward to the next time!

Even though we were unable to stay in this lovely home due to a broken down vehicle, the property was clean very well maintained and the owner was very understanding of our situation which was appreciated. Would book again if I needed it.

I don’t know where to begin. The location is perfect. Boerne is a wonderful town and this home is in the center of it. Dr. Chet was a terrific host. He was accommodating, he communicated well and he was very nice. The home has everything you need, it was well stocked and furnished. We had a lovely stay. Stay here with confidence, there is absolutely nothing to let you down at this place. Worth every cent.

Beautiful setting and very nice comfortable home. Wish it had not been so hot so that we could have enjoyed the wonderful back yard.
My only issue was that queen sized beds didn't seem to be queen sized, maybe doubles or full?

We are a group of 10 women who get together annually. The location had everything we needed - plenty of chairs, a charming view, lots of cooking utensils and conveniently located to everything in Boerne. The hosts were congenial.
On a side note, we highly recommend the Boerne Community Theater as a place to go.
