A very welcome and helpful reception staff, comfortable bed

Style and design over comfort - particularly in the bathroom where lighting was woefully inadequate,also chairs in the reception / bar area look stylish but you need to be a gymnast to get in and out of them

It was clean and new

There were no real windows in the room. The toilet was open so your partner hears everything

Service is very friendly and efficient. Location is excellent. Breakfast is superb, also with espresso machines for coffee. Gluten free products. Excellent shower. Very helpful staff.

Hotel does not own parking, it is not far, it is a public parking with some discounts, but you can face the risk of no vacancy. Also, if raining it is not pleasant. Bed is a little narrow for our expectation, although it was comfortable.

Central location, parking is nearby, comfortable beds.

Bathrooms are with half transparent doors, no sound protection:)

Excellent shower, comfy bed, great location, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The cocktails in the bar were delicious and the atmosphere in the hotel generally chilled and relaxed. It's a really lovely place to stay.

The hairdryer in the bathroom. Not powerful enough. The lack of regular tea and the absence of milk on the complimentary beverages tray. That's it!

Perfect location for tourists like us. The staff were welcoming and took time to chat as we ended the evening with a glass of wine in the hotel.

The property is centrally located and very nice in the lobby and the breakfast was great.

The interior room should not be a room. It is way too small. If you are more than one person you shouldn’t allowed to book a room like that. Not spacious at all. It ruined the experience as this isn’t clear online and we don’t want to check in a hotel and upgrade. And pay for the upgrade.

The staff was excellent. The location was great and the breakfast had a lot of variety and well prepared.
