Great location on a quiet street, literally around the corner from bars and restaurants and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Great communication from IVI and the apartment literally had everything you could need. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable, linen was clean and everything in the apartment worked as it should. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

The apartment is small but very functional. There were a lot of "nik-naks" around the place which we moved into a drawer to give ourselves more storage space.

* the appartment is situated in a nice complex with swimming pool and garden * gated: more security * tranquil area and friendly tenants * elevator, so good accessibility * the appartment had a good vibe and was nicely decorated, homey, welcoming * came with a guide manual * well equipped kitchen, with supplies of cloths, cleaning materials, cooking supplies etc * laundry machine * great spacey balcony with table and chairs, clothesline * good location, not far from the beach, close to big supermarket (Lidl) and buses.

* the fridge was really dirty, smelled of spoilt fish. I had to clean it myself before being able to put my stuff in. I couldn't get the smell out and got sick the next day with vomiting (possible food poisening). * kitchen was greasy, no extractor hood. * surfaces and floors were generally clean but this place is really in need of a deep cleaning,including in the shower. * the beds were really hard. This is personal preference of course. If the hygiene had been in order I would have given a much higher grade.

Some cutlery was dirty, but we managed to clean it easily. The bathroom door was difficult to open, but worked with a bit of force

Car parking in the area is complicated in the month of August unless you are a little lucky like we were. I imagine the rest of the year it is ok.
