Clean and spacious room. Staff are very kind and warm.

No breakfast included as there is no restaurant within the building.

its very clean , very convenient to everything, having seven eleven downstairs is a plus and the staff are very attentive, professional and accomodating.

- the elevator wasnt operational through out our stay.. makes it so difficult especially , we have an elderly with us. - would be nice if theres a restaurant downstairs and breakfast is included.

Good location, walking distance to the port, restaurants and bars, a seven eleven jut next door. Friendly staff

I think the room we stayed was a single room, the bed was a bit small and just had things for one person, had to ask reception for a second towel, water etc and there is no minibar in the room

Room was quite big, the bed was comfortable and the toilet was very clean and had all what we needed. The hotel itself is very modern for filipino standards and the staff was professional, kind and discreet. Price was pretty good, though it is true that Dumaguete is not very touristic.

The most annoying thing was having dozens of ants running around the room around the armchairs area, cupboards and sink, even around the walls. It was very difficult to leave any stuff around to avoid having a bag pack or food filled with them in a short time. I assume it is impossible to get rid of them because of humidity and all, but a hotel room shouldn't have ants. Fridge didn't work. Distance to downtown is around 15-20 minutes walking and the way is not pleasant unless you pay for a tricycle. Didn't helped much organizing tours or activities.
