From arrival we were treated like royalty. Sumptuous breakfasts, fabulous gardens and the beach on our doorstep. Turtles swimming in the water was a highlight. Pradeep took charge to organise trips to other beaches, fishing trip, tuk tuks, train guidance and train transfers. The hospitality was unparalleled in its generosity. Fish caught were cooked and served to perfection. We had great conversations and laughs. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic breakfast with brilliant hospitality. The location is brilliant, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying again.

My favorite stay in Sri Lanka so far! Very clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows and delicious big breakfast. There are only two rooms surrounded by a beautiful garden and 50 meters away from a small beach. The host is the nicest person and will do everything to welcome you! The area is so calm and Silent Beach at walking distance is the best to chill and rest.

Amazing breakfasts prepared by the owners. Freindly staff and very helpfull. Nice garden where you can see monkeys and other animals. There are only two apartments in this accomodation. We got fresh coconut for welcome. There are three beaches in walking distance. One of them (smallest) is even perfect for small kids (in our case 1 and 3 years old) which is very rare in Sri Lanka. It is very calm area with not that many tourists, restaurants, shops - but we enjoy it totally.

Lovely appartment in a beautiful garden, one walking minute from a beach. Other beaches had very big waves, but this one is partially eclosed by rocks, so the waves arent this big. The food was great!

Located in a beautiful garden, very close to a very charming and quiet beach cove with great snorkelling. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge and very good - it always was enough to serve us as lunch as well.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, close to the very beautiful Silent Beach. The room is spacious, with a large terrace with sun loungers and there is also a small kitchen with a refrigerator. A big plus is a large delicious breakfast. We felt great in this accommodation, so we definitely recommend it to anyone.

The best accommodation we’ve had in Sri Lanka so far. Spotless rooms, comfy beds, air conditioning, a big balcony with views over an exotic garden (you can even see the sea), delicious and varied breakfast with cute little squirrels in the trees, helpful and attentive host - well recommended!

The property is really clean and super close to silent beach which is really nice and has very few people.

It' a beautiful place to stay. We had the 2 bedroom appartment which was very clean, spacious and well equipped (even with a fridge). We really liked the balcony from where you can see the ocean and the amazing garden. A perfect place to relax and watch some animals. We also ate the very good breakfast there which was prepared by the very nice and helpful owner. It is a 10 minutes walk to beautiful silent beach or a short Tuk Tuk ride to a lot of other nice beaches where the children could swim safer. Wish we can come back one day!

Great spot, very close to the beach. The garden of the accommodation is just amazing. The owner is super kind and gives you all the help you need. The accommodation itself has everything you need including Aircon, Fan and fridge. The breakfast was although really good. We can highly recommend this place.

Very spacious room with high ceiling and a terrace situated in a beautiful, green garden. Very close to the beach and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Silent Beach (must see). Owner is a very nice, genteel person. Very tasty breakfast. We loved that stay! It was very relaxing and calm.

In the wardrobe there are naphthalene (?) balls that give very intensive smell. We had to put then inside a closed box, because it was hard to sleep feeling that smell.

The family is so nice and friendly! We had the best Sri Lanka's breakfast ever. You have a little jungle garden with a lovely terrace. 2 min walk from the beach. We wanted to stay longer.

A very nice room with a terrace looking into the beautiful garden. The owner was lovely and very helpful. We were greeted with some fresh coconut water and coconut meat and throughout our stay received different fruits from the garden. The location is just a few meters away from the beach and the shower had probably the strongest pressure in all of sri lanka!

wonderful place. room of a very high standard and very clean. owners very nice and helpful. there is a garden where you can relax and the beach is less than 100m away. we planned to stay 1 night and we stayed 3 because we felt so good there. the perfect place to relax

Great place in the middle of a tropical garden. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace with a seaview was where we spent most of our time, surrounded by nature. There is also a small kitchen where you can cook which for us was a huge plus! There is a nice beach ( 2 minute walk ) and silent beach us about 5 minutes away. The owner and his son were friendly and lovely people, ready to help you with anything you need.

Very close to one small and one big beaches. The big one is 10 min walking or you can hire a tuk-tuk for a small amount. Near the hotel there are no (many) restaurants or shops, but there are few and given the area is being developed there should be more soon. The yard of the property is quite nice and with a view to the small beach if you are on the 2nd floor. Good breakfast we had there, host is very nice and easy to talk with.

There could be something to put on the balcony to shadow the sun early morning/late evening when the sun is low.
