Good location, within 5 to 7 mins walk, near all the eateries and shopping of Ipoh food products. Apartment is clean and bed is comfortable. Water dispenser is available, no need to boil water. Key collection is swift and apartment is easy to find.

super convenient location with streets full of good food and souvenir shops we loved! the pool had infinity pool vibes. very good charkwayteow just opposite the apartment (see photo).

the unit we had, the aircon at the master bedroom was not very strong and because it had sun shining in for most of the afternoon, the room wasn’t very cool but still acceptable. also the lift lobby’s and lift’s circulation is quite bad, very stuffy and hot. ps for people who are not comfortable or a lil more superstitious - the street just beside the apartment are all the funeral parlours fyi.

Very good location, close to a lot of eateries. The apartment is spacious. The air conditioners are working well. We felt comfortable to stay inside on a super hot day.

It would be even better if the shower head in the shared bathroom is not leaking and there is power plug in the bathrooms.

just the unit near to the lift, so I can hear the lift sound in the bedroom when sleeping.

the house was spacious. I was travelling with 7 people and a baby, so a big group. The bathtub and baby chair was provided as requested. Oven was working. Only downside, the water machine wasnt working properly and there is only one power socket in the kitchen to power the water filter/kettle/microwave.

Very clean and I like 2 rooms have both ceiling fan and AC. Check-in was smooth and they label most of the info clearly on the key card. Staff was responsive and mini mart open until 12am. Plenty of good eateries & bakeries within walking distance.

Tv box was slow and lag.
