An der Südküste von PEI am Meer gelegen, ist es ein gemütliches und komfortables, neues Cottage mit drei Schlafzimmern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und hell. Es gibt WLAN, Waschmaschine / Trockner, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Dort sind drei Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer # 1 verfügt über 1 Queensize-Bett, Schlafzimmer # 2 hat ein Queensize-Bett und Schlafzimmer # 3 verfügt über 1 Einzelbett und 1 Doppelbett (in Form von Etagenbetten) sowie ein weiteres Doppelbett. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind offen gestaltet und es gibt einen 50-Zoll-TV im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean, ausgestattet mit einem Grill und Gartenmöbeln. Die Hütte ist klimatisiert. Und es gibt eine Feuerstelle mit Blick auf den Ozean. Das Ferienhaus liegt 40 Autominuten von Charlottetown, 30 Minuten von Cavendish und 10 Minuten von der Confederation Bridge entfernt.

Love the spot. Excellent for exploring the bottom when the tides are out. Beautiful space, Only tbing i can say is its very bright and perhsps could use more drapes on least one side. But can see how perhaps the view is better. Also Stairs are not safe NOT SAFE

We were very satisfied staying in the home. Owners were communicative and easily reachable. The location was very convenient being close to the Confederation Bridge, Charlottetown and Cavendish beach! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you may need. The decor and colours of the house were perfect; it gave a modern beechy feel to everything. The best part was the beautiful views of the bay especially through the large picture window in the living room. Would definitely recommend staying here. Our children had a great time!

Spending a week in this tranquil location, exploring the coast, and watching the tides turn was a wonderful change of pace. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a central PEI location to make daytrips to the rest of the island! Spending our afternoons/evenings on the rear deck were some of our best moments of the trip.

We had the most amazing time. My 6 year old son said his favourite part of our vacation was falling asleep watching the moon reflecting on the ocean. The cottage was amazing, it had everything we needed, it was cozy and clean with lots of space. The kids loved exploring at low tide out on the beach. I agree with other reviews - the stairs down were a bit rickety but we managed! We loved the large yard with lots of space to play. The owners responded quickly to any questions I had. I hope we can come back soon!

We were so happy when we arrived. Everything was as advertised. Flowers and Brownies was an unexpected surprise. Absolutely would stay here again. The owners were great to deal with. We had no issues. Our adult children with developmental disabilities loved it

Spent a week enjoying this beautiful well-located oceanfront cottage. Owners were awesome and extremely responsive. Check-in process was easy peasy. One warning would be: Stairs to the ocean very steep (not owners fault) and not an option for dogs of any size (need to carry them) or anyone mobility challenged. Everything else in the cottage was wonderful and perfect for our family’s needs and we intend to book again in the future. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your place for a week.

We were only 20 feet or so from the ocean and we stayed there during the hurricane Lee. Everything was amazing, clean and enjoyable. Safe and lights only flickered once.

Vrbo please release the address before hand as it caused a few problems to only release the exact location the week before. We paid months ahead but could not get the exact location. This will be the last time we book with Vrbo unless they change their policy.

This little cabin by the sea was great for our group of 7, 2 families.
The space was sufficient and access to water nice.
The stairs to the ocean were a bit wonky with the third step a doozy.
The kitchen is equipped with lots of dishes and most accessories but highly recommend bringing your own knife or suggest host invest in a couple new, sharp ones.

Our family of 4 plus our dog had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanside cottage. The location was about 1/2 an hour away from all the attractions (Cavendish, Summerside, Charlottetown etc) and the hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. The cottage was very clean and stocked with an abundance of towels, kitchen items, blankets and toiletries. The cottage was in excellent condition with all the bedrooms being bright and clean.
We will definitely be booking this location for our future visits to the island.

The cottage is as described, clean and comfortable. The location is right on the water and our kids had fun exploring when the tide was low. We spent a lot of time at beaches on the north shore 30-40 mins away. The drives back and forth were great for seeing the beautiful countryside.

We stayed 4 nights in a beautiful home situated in a quiet, rural setting over looking the Northumberland Straits. The rental was close to the hamlet of Victoria, the Bonshaw Provicial Park, and a golf course/driving range.
The 3-bedroom property was spacious and clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The owner was very responsive whenever I sent him an email.

My husband and really wanted to experience Eastern Canada and this was our first stay. The cottage is very close to the bridge which made it very convenient. The decor and cleanliness was unsurpassed. We enjoyed very comfortable outdoor furniture and took in the amazing view. Major grocery stores are almost 1/2 hour away but there are many small stores close by. Victoria by the Sea was close and seemed like it would be very charming but we weren’t there at high season so many places were closed. The stairs going down to the ocean weren’t nearly as scary as some of the reviews b take your time and wear good footwear. Derrick and Patricia were very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

This house is perfectly located for day trips to anywhere on PEI. It is south central and approx 10 min east of Confederation bridge, great for day trips to NB. Victoria by the Sea is approx 10 min to the east, beautiful little village.
Unfortunately we landed just as hurricane Fiona was about to hit which resulted in massive power outages-everything was shut down the entire duration of our trip. We knew this might happen but due to the scheduling of the rest of our trip, it would have been difficult to cancel so we decided to take our chances-we are glad we did. We went on a few drives, took in the beautiful (but heavily damaged), sights. Our hearts sank for the people of PEI.
The location of the house right on the ocean is stunning and also came in handy as we had to haul water at low tide in order to have a functioning toilet. Which brings me to my next point about the stairs: I am confused by the reviews that stated they are tricky. I am a 54 yo grandma and brought multiple pots of water up those stairs, no problem. My 59 yo husband with a back injury, 75 yo mom and 79 yo step dad, who is in poor health, were all able to navigate them for a few beach walks. 🤷🏽♀️
Considering we had no power and no running water for 4 days, we managed just fine. We had ample groceries plus the house is very well stocked. We heated water on the BBQ to pour through coffee maker, and at night we set the flashlights on counter pointing up toward white ceiling which gave us lots of light, we adapted and made the best of it. The biggest challenge we had was leaving the premises clean. Tough to do with no running water but we did our best with water we collected in lobster pot under downspouts. My only suggestion would be that a few games and some cards would have come in handy. Otherwise this house is perfect.

This is our second stay at this cottage and we continue to love it. The location is excellent for day trips around the island, the view from the porch is breathtaking and the cottage is clean and equipped with everything we need.

The perfect property to relax and enjoy the most peaceful stay. The view is spectacular and the abundance of birds to watch is amazing! Such a clean and classy cottage, with above and beyond amenities. The beautiful sunflowers and special fresh baked treats were such an amazing bonus upon arrival. The ad was very accurate and our time on the island was wonderful. The cottage was easy to find and very well kept. The decor was friendly and clean and there was enough space for everyone. The amenities were very useful and accessible as was the property.
We very much enjoyed the accessibility to some touristy locations and the lovely morning and evening walks on the sea floor to look for seashells and other treasures.

We loved everything about this house. The property is maintained well, the house had everything we needed (& then some!) The flooring was nice & made for easy clean-up. The inside & outdoor furniture was comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions & had left fresh flowers, croissants, & mini muffins to welcome us upon our arrival. We’d love to visit again & highly recommend!

Beautiful little cottage that is neat as a pin right by the ocean! The views were great and we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing is the cliff side can be dangerous for small children and animals so just be aware if you are travelling with pets and kids. Otherwise was a very enjoyable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The cottage is beautifully decorated, situated and has all the amenities you need. There were flowers and goodies for breakfast when we first walked in. Patricia and Derrick are very helpful and quickly responded to my questions. I'm looking forward to returning!

This cottage is exactly as described - very clean, well appointed and comfortable. As a party of 3 seniors we loved the TV in each bedroom and the main floor living. We didn’t attempt the stairs to the ocean floor though. Those are made for the younger generation. The check-in process was seamless and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Overall this was a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Over all our stay was great , lots of windows for the veiw, lots of space inside and huge deck and nice size lot. We weren't able to walk on the shore as it was sorta mucky and not dandy like a beach plus the stairs are sorta steep for us .. The windows in the bathroom and bedrooms had blinds however the porch door , kitchen and livingroom windows had no blinds or curtains to close for privacy. The bedding didn't have the nice clean scent which left us wondering if they were freshly made.? .... I mean over-all we had a fantastic time and enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing in the livingroom watching the ocean and birds ....

Cottage was spacious for the 5 of us and was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything thing we needed. Owners very responsive. The wraparound deck had amazing views of the ocean and we spent a lot of time sitting out there. South shore beach was good for exploring and made for warm water for swimming. Water is very shallow and lots of seaweed this year. Wading depth could be good for small children but made it more difficult to swim except at high tide.

We stayed here for 5 days, 3 adults and a 9 year old. It was very clean, homey and beautiful views. Our only issue was that the stairs to the beach were a bit tricky but it would definately not deter us from staying there again! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck and beach were amazing!

Hello would like to share our vacation experience at this PEI Cottage Location was outstanding . We were very pleased to note the cottage lived up to all expectations as outlined in the rental description. We all enjoyed the comforts of cottage living with the open indoor concept, plenty of bedroom space, the large outdoor deck, bbq and kitchen facilities. Additionally the magnificant view of the Northumberland Strait from the patio and indoor viewing.. We enjoyed exploring and swimming in the Strait, supported by great weather. This cottage has a lot to offer. The location is amazing with the beach view and the ability to walk on the beach as far as you can go at low tide. The owners were ver quick to answer all questions. Access to washer and dryer was a great plus.

Not sure where to start, the cottage it self was amazing and very clean. The cottage was very well stocked with everything we ever needed, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings and most evenings, we even had a bonfire one night.
The VIEW was amazing and so pieceful, the beach walks were so enjoyable with so few people on the shore.

We had a great stay at this lovely cottage. The recently renovated kitchen and living area are wonderful. I enjoyed walking out every morning to the living area filled with sunlight! The view from inside is fabulous but the deck is the perfect spot for reading and watching the tide come in. The cottage had everything we needed and was very spacious so a family of 5 adults and 1 dog were very comfortable. I would stay here again with no hesitation.
