The accommodation exceeded our expectations! Lovely views, lovely pool, everything perfect really! 2 minutes from a supermarket, 10 minute walk down hill to a beach club (free complimentary bus back up the hill) 20 minutes walk to the harbour, tourist shops etc lots of restaurants in close proximity.

Slightly aging soft furnishings on the roof terrace, but not a problem.

It's a really nice villa to stay in, surrounded by a calm and cosy environment near a supermarket and several restaurants and coffee shops. The villa is well-maintained and overall in good a condition. The villa manager Hasan kept everything clean, tidy and nicely. I can highly recommend this villa and would consider staying there again.

The AC wasn't working as well on the upper floor as on the other floors. The upper bedroom was super hot when we arrived. During the first night, it was a disaster up to 35 degrees, but after that, that bedroom cooled down until 27 degrees, which was at least "sleep-able." Curtains or blinds at every window would improve the situation and give more privacy as there is very much view from the neighbours into that bathroom.

We loved the privacy of the villa and the garden with the private pool. Nice area to sit in the shade to have breakfast, lunch etc. Hasan the housekeeper visited early every morning to check the swimming pool, water the garden and general tidying up. Hasan was friendly and reliable and a real asset to the property, he helped with recommending a taxi driver, restaurants and was always on hand if we encountered any problems.

The villa is a little out of town, so we used the recommended taxi driver who we contacted on whatsapp to collect us and drive us in to town - 80 TL each way, but well worth it in the really hot weather. The main town is a little too far to walk to and from if you are going out for dinner or shopping etc.

Very homely feel to the property. Very private, not really overlooked by other properties, A bonus having a garden with pool and shade as well as a roof terrace with fantastic views across Kalamar Bay.

A door bell. Heavy gates at the front meant that if one of the party were outside the gate with no key it was difficult to draw attention to those inside.

The villa is very nice. The service is superb, thanks to Mr. Hasan, the manager of the villa, who is very efficient and kind. The villa has everything you may need. The owner is a friendly, kind and communicative person.

The villa is superb and well located in terms of proximity to key places but customers should know that it is in a highly urbanized area. This means that you have many services around but also many people. If this is what you like, it is OK. If one looks for some isolation, it is not so good. Once into the villa, you find quietness and good vibes.

Lovely clean villa in excellent location

Lovely property with lots of space (the pictures don’t accurately reflect how large it is!) Well maintained and the garden and pool area was lovely. Hasan and Gunes did a brilliant job of keeping the property tidy and were always on hand if needed. Would definitely recommend
