Unser 2.500 Quadratmeter großes Reihenhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3,5 Badezimmern (Einheit 13) ist eines der wenigen echten Ski-In / Ski-Out-Objekte im Purgatory Resort. Es liegt direkt an den Pisten und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang / Skiweg vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Die Lage des Stadthauses bietet ultimativen Komfort zu jeder Jahreszeit! Es ist nur wenige Schritte von der Hektik, Restaurants, Geschäften und Skianlagen entfernt.
Dieses Stadthaus verfügt über eine Gourmetküche mit Granitoberflächen, einen offenen Grundriss mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und viel Platz zum Entspannen mit der Familie und Freunden. Neben dem Hauptwohnbereich und dem formellen Essbereich gibt es auch eine Bar, die zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten bietet. We traveled as a group to Purgatory Resort for our Spring Break vacations. Four families in total, 19 people (we rented two homes). Both homes had a great ski in ski out location. This was very convenient for all families because we were traveling with small children that got tired easily. The homes were in good shape, however they didn't look very clean (carpets and kitchen).

Only one issue…kitchen sink stopped up and slightly flooded the kitchen floor. Property manager responded quickly and situation was fixed. Outstanding location and furnishings. All in our party were happy with the stay. Ages of 11 occupants ranged from 12 to 54.

This family of seven from Texas had a fantastic time. The townhome is located right in the center of everything. The grandkids loved that the pool was in walking distance so they swam everyday we were there. Inside it was very clean and spacious. All of us had our own little place to retreat to. The townhome was well stocked with all we needed and plenty of linens. We enjoyed Durango, rode the train, played in the river by the park, and had the best hamburger at the James Ranch. My family has asked we return next year.

This was our second time to stay in this unit, and we love it. The water/ice dispenser in the fridge wasn't working, but the management company brought us a bag of ice. Internet is lacking in this unit, but other than the times my husband was trying to work that wasn't too big of a deal since most of our time was spent outside. It's a beautiful home, lots of room, and well kept. Very comfy - we love it and will be back.

Beautiful home. Clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to Durango. We are from south Arkansas so the increased elevation plus all the stairs in a townhome made some of us light headed. I would not have traded it for the amazing views we had. Kids will want to come back

Everything was excellent, the location of the unit, the access and the general conditions are very good, our families enjoy everything and we were very pleased during all days. There were some things that need to be fixed in the unit, that was mentioned before, one thing that we forgot to mention is the smell in the rest room of the mains floor room. And please need to be care full and check the situation of the mouse, we didnt detected after a few days, but I think that is not something that happen often unless the units is not being used in a long time. we understand that those things could happen but you have to do a better inspection prior to any arrival or check with your cleaning team, also the garage was a little bit dirty and things that can be removed.Thanks for you service and support with everything.

The 2 single beds upstairs need new mattresses, they were so hard my children could not sleep on them. The appliances in the kitchen need to be upgraded. Other than these few items, the place was wonderful and we had a great vacation!

Elkpoint 13 was amazing! It is the absolute best location. You can literally ski right to your back door and ski down to the main lift. We can’t wait to stay again!

AMAZING!
We had such a great time in Purgatory! This condo was amazing and so beautiful. We rented this condo for my husband, wedding party, and myself for my wedding weekend at Purgatory. We couldn’t have had a better experience with the condo and the property manager. I 100% recommend this condo!

Overall, our impression of the property was fabulous!! Everything was very clean. The only exception was that we had to wash a lot of kitchen items before using them. I think this may reflect mostly on previous renters, but I do find it disappointing to spend time washing dishes when I arrive at a property. Other than that, the only other things we saw needing attention were the locks on the front and back doors. They were not operating well. Having a night light in the 1st level room would also be helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful time on our trip and much of our enjoyment during our stay in Purgatory is attributed to this unit. We would absolutely stay there again =)

Beautiful!
The condo was perfect for my whole family during our vacation. The rooms were spacious and the whole condo was beautiful. The patio was nice to watch people coming by down the mountain and we were a short walk to the market, restaurant and activities. The bottom room (large room) does not have windows so it gets warm at night (we went during summer) and there are a lot of stairs for young kids. But overall the condo was wonderful, the management team responded quickly to l my emails and we would love go back during the winter!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is located at such a beautiful location. We went for hike every morning. House was very clean and cozy. Plenty of silverware and cookware.

Wonderful Property
We loved staying in the beautiful property at Purgatory. The property is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, there is plenty of space for kids & friends too. We loved having an extra Master upstairs & the kids loved the room downstairs to call their own. We enjoyed playing cards at the poker table upstairs - very nice addition. The fireplaces were wonderful & easy to use. The kitchen was perfectly stocked & had everything we needed to make all of our meals. The kids loved being able to go right outside and play in the snow & it was easy to access the slopes and snowmobiling. Wonderful property & we highly recommend.

Perfect Slope-Side Location
Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It was great the kids could go right out back and play in the snow as well as a simple board ride/walk to the lifts. Can't get much closer! It looks just like the pictures and we were all pleasantly surprised how comfy the beds are. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and kid-friendly condo
We spent a week here and loved the location for ski-in, ski-out access to Purgatory. The home is well appointed with smart TVs in each bedroom which were a hit with the kids (8 and 10) when evening came. We will definitely return.

We stayed at this townhome over Thanksgiving with 8 of us. It is a great location where you can literally walk or ski out onto the slope. The townhome is in great condition and well-stocked. It was a great stay for our group. Plenty of beds and the kids had a fun play/gameroom on the first floor.

Unbeatable location
Can’t say enough about how much we loved the property, the view, and the location. We took some great day trips, but had two days where we just stayed at the rental and explored the resort. The pool access was a fun bonus.

Location, location, location
This property is directly next to the lift. You can literally walk out the back deck and put on your skis, no walking. It would be amazing during ski season. We stayed in summer and it is also super conveniently located next to the pool which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. We had 8 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room for group gatherings and meals and separate space for quiet time. It was clean and in good working order. Check in and out was super easy.

Fantastic!
This was the perfect place for us! The home is beautiful - just like in the pictures - and well kept. Location was awesome. We loved sitting on the back porch for morning coffee, and spent tons of time there during the evenings as well. Well stocked and very clean. Comfy beds, tons of space. We will absolutely stay here again! Can't say enough about it.
