Blue View ist eine neu errichtete D-Blockhütte auf einer ruhigen, abgelegenen Zufahrt mit malerischem Blick auf den See. Im Inneren finden Sie steile Gewölbedecken und einen atemberaubenden Steinkamin, der von Frank Lloyd Wright inspiriert wurde. Ein luftiges Loft und wunderschöne Oberflächen wie Granitoberflächen und edle Möbel verleihen dem Raum eine besondere Note. Es gibt einen großen Wohn- / Küchenbereich auf der Hauptebene, ein Familienzimmer auf der unteren Ebene mit Leinwand und Internetanschluss, 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 1/2 Bäder und eine einladende überdachte Rundumterrasse. Beautiful new build home, very close to “downtown” Garden City. Surrounded on two and a half sides with open fields with deer and wild turkeys so it feels secluded. It was a great place to stay for our extended family of 11 :)

The house is isolated from others and let's you enjoy your visit without interference with others.
Be aware that the road to the house is steep and unpaved. If it was raining or snowing you would have to have all or 4 wheel drive.

This property was perfect for what we were there for. Close to the lake for a fun lake day but also great for sitting around eating and socializing with a beautiful view. We were secluded enough to not be bothered by anything but close enough to get all that we needed. The place was clean and had everything needed for our cooking requirements.

The house is perfect for our family. There are plenty of beds. The wrap around deck is wonderful. We loved sitting out there eating our dinner and looking at the beauty of Bear Lake. We loved the empty pantry so we had room to store our food. The grass around the house was great for the children to play. The house was very clean and well cared for. It is nice to be close to Bear Lake Blvd. but not on the main drag. Wonderful place to stay. This is our second year staying there and we hope to stay again.

This a beautiful solid house in a great location, close to the Garden City restaurants and shops and close to the lake, and next to a field populated by deer, turkeys, rabbits, and other lovely wild creatures. Here are the problems (all totally fixable -- I hope the owners fix them all): The check-in sheets are exhausting and ridiculous, The showers have no soap or shampoo (which we've had in all other similarly nice VRBO homes), you have to take your own garbage to the city garbage (further than I've had to take garbage previously), there's no local attraction guide binder I found (another thing I've appreciated and found useful in other VRBOs), There aren't enough towels, The bedding isn't up to the quality of the house.

We were disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner, had to make a run to the store. It would’ve been helpful to have had extra rolls of paper towels, we had to make another run go the store. We had 16 people and were left with only 8 towels, which was very frustrating when we all needed a towel to shower. It was embarrassing trying to find a dumpster to rid of our garbage that was not authorized for our use. It made us feel like we were doing something wrong, sneaking our garbage into someone else’s dumpster. We wished there had been a dumpster at the bottom of the road for guests staying in your home, The check-in lists that you wanted us to fill out seemed a little unreasonable, we’ve never been asked to do that before, it was a relief that there were no forms available. Inspite of these complaints, the cabin was a beautiful comforting place to come home to. We were touched with the picture of your grandparents at the lake so many years ago.

Cabin was absolutely immaculate, it was home away from home, small peice of heaven with beauty 😍 inside the cabin and outside, it was a get away for me and my family will never forget. Property Management was easy to reach out to and responded promptly. We definitely will be back.

This stay was perfect for our family. There was the exact number of rooms/beds that we needed. The main floor kitchen/dining/living space was awesome and had all the room we needed for meals, games, and general hanging out. By far the best feature was the wraparound deck with chairs set up looking over the lake. The view was gorgeous and was the perfect place to watch the sunrise or to just chill after a long day. It was also a perfect location for overflow seating for meals if people wanted some outdoor time along with their food. Overall, this place was fantastic! 12/10 would recommend

Family reunion done right
We chose this for our stay at Bear lake this year. Spectacular view of the lake. Incredibly clean and well maintained. It was very accommodating of 3 young families, plus my parents; 13 people in all. All the cousins/grandkids stayed in the bunk room. Each of the married couples had their own room. If I had to list one critique, I'd say driving out our own garbage was somewhat of a hassle, but all in all, this place was a win.

Amazing Cabin
The pictures do not do this house proper justice. It was very clean and smelled brand new when we walked in the door. The wrap around porch had an amazing view of the lake and the property was located very close to town. I would highly recommend this to anyone

Beautiful Cabin on a great property
Beautiful cabin that is kept in immaculate condition. Not sure how new it is, but it's in like new condition. The view of the lake from the front is fantastic, and the view of the mountains from the back is also excellent. Very private secluded lot, w deer and wild turkeys visible every evening. Owner/manager did a great job of staying in touch. Definitely recommend

Great stay for extended family
Our family group had a great stay at Blue View at Bear Lake. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Easy Check-in/ Check-out process. Loved the deck and view! The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/ cookware. Convenient location to the Bear Lake, Garden City, and other activities in the area. Highly recommend!

This home is a lovely, well furnished home.
The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs.
It is spacious and comfortable.
However the home is loud, meaning because of the amount of wood causes a lot of echoing with the 14 people we had in the house. This may not be a bad thing but a fact about the house. 2 levels of wood floors does not allow for any sound absorption with a high ceiling,
I would also say the beds, except for the bunk beds are hard beds. Not comfortable if one like a soft bed.
I would rent this property again but bring my own mattress topper for comfort

Great place to stay!
Overall we had a great time staying at Blue View! The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and communication with the host was very convenient and timely. Directions to property were easy to follow. The driveway can be a little difficult to drive on, but not a major problem. The house was in great condition and the view of the lake is gorgeous and uninterrupted. There are many great amenities that help host a large group of people of all ages.

This cabin is a great place to stay for a big family. Really appreciated how clean and well kept up this cabin was. Close to restaurants, shops, and water access. Pictures don't do this place justice the cabin is absolutely stunning. Definitely would recommend this cabin and looking forward to staying here again.

Blue View a bit over priced
Great view and quiet setting. Cabin and furnishings are sub par for the price point. Beds are hard as rocks. Cabin is stuffy, needs ceiling fans. No fire pit. Having to pack out garbage seems odd for this price point. Hard to get trailers in. But the setting is great; very peaceful.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful view!
A great place to visit! We love the amount of space for sleeping in the cabin. We all had our own rooms, which hardly ever happens. The views were amazing and the cabin had everything we needed. We would see wild turkeys and deer every evening before sundown. We played in the lake, rode our side-by-side on the trails nearby and even played golf while we were there. Great place for a getaway! Thanks for having us!!

Gorgeous, new and an amazing view of the lake
This property is gorgeous, incredibly clean and huge. It also has a wrap around deck with perfect views of the lake for evening sunsets and morning sunrises. It is 1 mile from all the restaurants and it is right off the main road so the location is perfect. Property owner was very responsive and great. A perfect stay.

The Cabin was perfect. Owner was fantastic to work with. Cleaning crew only left out have the amount of towels / supplies but it was fixed very quickly. We would / will stay again.
