Single Family Rental 6 bdrms located in the Gardens, OC NJ.
Willkommen in unserem Strandhaus in den Gärten in Ocean City, NJ. Das 2500 m² große Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe des North Street Beach und ist nicht weit von der Promenade entfernt. Pizza Express und TJ's Eisdiele sind gleich um die Ecke. Unser Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock mit einem Spaziergang bis 3. Etage, die 2 große Betten und 1 Ausziehbett mit einem 1/2 Bad hat. Der Hinterhof verfügt über Parkplätze für 2 Autos und Lagerung. Beginnen Sie mit der Planung Ihrer Sommererinnerungen in OC! Wöchentliche Vermietung von Samstag bis Samstag von Juni bis Tag der Arbeit. Es gibt eine Haustiergebühr von 300 USD. Bitte geben Sie mir bei Ihrer Anfrage Bescheid. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für die Anmietung unserer Immobilie entschieden haben. Wir vermieten nicht für Seniorenwochen. Wir haben die Holzböden im 1. Stock nachbearbeitet und den Speisesaal und das Foyer gestrichen. Ein paar Fotos wurden hinzugefügt, bevor wir die Möbel zurückzogen. Verfügbar für Erntedank.

Older home with plenty of space for a large family. Games, beach chairs & umbrella, corn-hole, everything needed for a fun beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood. A few blocks from beach and boardwalk. Had a fun time!

I love this house - it’s solid, roomy, comfortable, clean; has so many bedrooms, and great outdoor space too. The location is convenient to the beach, viewing the bay, and shopping, and is only a few blocks away from the start of the boardwalk. Kathleen responds to messages quickly and is easy to communicate with. I really can’t recommend this place enough.

What a beautiful house! Lots of room, great kitchen (had everything we needed), amazing outside space with comfortable furniture. Outside shower was a hit! Easy walk to the beach, plenty of places close by to eat. Loved our stay!

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clear that the owners take a lot of pride in the home. The property was very cute and had a lot of character.
The kitchen was smaller than I had anticipated based on the photos (and very little counter space for cooking) but functional and with some nice touches, like the drink fridge and double oven.
Only having 2 parking spaces in the driveway was a little tricky on a holiday week but it was manageable (just a tad inconvenient). I know this is typical for the town so I get it.
All in all, this is a great home and accurate to the listing.

14 Ocean was a great landing spot for half of our extended family as we gathered for a Thanksgiving celebration in the Gardens. Clean, convenient and spacious. The younger among us liked the short walk to the boardwalk and the short drive to downtown shopping on Black Friday.

The whole family rented this house for a week at the beach. There were 12 of us, including 4 under 6, one being an infant. This house hand everything that we needed! Was spacious, clean , and had plenty of room! Off street parking was great and even those who had to park on the street had no
Problem finding a spot. We loved having some outside space for the kids to play and ride bikes, plus the walk to the beach and boardwalk was short. Great rental, we would definitely come back again!

We loved our stay at this classic beach home located just off the North Street beach. The home is beautifully updated and loved and we just couldn't have been happier with our time with our family and our two Labrador Retrievers.

My family and I were here for the Atlantic City Ironman. Friday to Monday. This house was a perfect locations to allow my teens to walk to beach and boardwalk on their own. The house was spacious with plenty of a variety of rooms to suit everyone’s needs. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Our week at 14 Ocean Rd could not have been better. Kathy Waite, the owner is probably the most responsive owner we have ever worked with in all our years renting homes at the Jersey shore. The house was immaculately clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of space for a family of 10, great air conditioning for those very hot days & nights, beautiful bathrooms and brand new outdoor shower. The location with a 10-15 walk to the beach made it easy to access the ocean . There were so many little extras, like a large outdoor gas grill, beautiful sun porch, big dining table and shaded outdoor seating in the yard. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this property should we make a return trip to Ocean City,

We did 3 quick nights to gather 3 generations & celebrate Birthdays. The home worked well for our 6 adults and 3 children. Kathy was easily available, but we had no issues that needed immediate attention. The area was quiet and we enjoyed walking/running through the neighborhood. We ate dinner at outside restaurants or enjoyed delivery. Choices, even off season were plentiful. The back outside seating area was perfect for us to gather and chat. We would rent again.

The home was exactly as was advertised. Close enough to the beach and very convenient for walking the dog. Each family had a large enough room for them and terrific room size for the children. Water pressure is awesome for many showers being done at the same time. Dining area was large enough to accomodate large family dinner times. Would definitely go back again.

This house was great for my family vacation. 7 adults, 4 young children and our dog fit comfortably with room to spare. The house was clean and comfortable. The updated kitchen and downstairs bathroom were very nicely done. The large sectional couch allowed everyone to hang out together. There was a great little console table that conveniently converted into an extra table and chairs, allowing us to have a kids table and adult table for meal times. The house was a short walk from the beach and had plenty of storage space for our beach carts and chairs. Our host communicated with us, answered all questions. She was super friendly and quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this property to others.

This lovely home was so much more than we had expected. So much room! The new upgrades were both beautiful and added convience. Everything was spotless and we were very comfortable. We found the house to be even better than described! It is in a great location and the owners were so kind. We highly recommend this property. We are looking forward to renting from them again.
