Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Ferienorts Porto Pino an einem Hang mit Blick aufs Meer (von der Dachterasse aus). Es ist absolut ruhig, zwei Strände sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, man kann auch direkt zu netten Wanderungen starten. Von Porto Pino aus lässt sich die Südwest-Küste von Sardinien per Auto gut erkunden. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Zu den Restaurants von Porto Pino geht man eine gute Viertelstunde zu Fuß, wenn man nicht fahren will. Zu beachten ist: Die Zu- und Abfahrt erfolgt über eine teilweise steile Schotterstraße.

we had synthetic bed sheets it would have been lovely to have cotton . A brief multi language information sheet would be good regarding gas and other utilities .

The position is amazing, just few steps away from the beach. The owner is amazing and beyond supportive, always ready to assist and advise. The place is comfortable, clean, newly decorated. I experienced a full jump into nature, quietness, and wellness. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful beach (spiaggia dei Francesi) nearby and fantastic garden around the house. Silent and safe neighborhood. From the terrace you can see the sea. A lot of comfort and necessary amenities (coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher) included. The owners are extremely nice people and we will be happy to return.

For such a price there should be air conditioning included as the temperature inside didn't differ from the outside even at night. Also the apartment was advertised as a separate rental, while there were three apartments on the same lot and some construction nearby starting from the morning.

We spent 5 nights at Florida with two teenage daughters. The house itself has recently been renovated and has a new fully equiped kitchen, wooden flooring and quite comfortable beds. Some more improvements have been planned for the future. The best part of Florida is the garden , with a sea view through the pine trees, just like in the photos. You can eat outdoors at the table under the gazebo in the shade at all times of the day, which was nice. There is also a super shower in the garden for a wash after the beach, with plenty of hot water and a curious little toad who likes to join in! This made up for the small bathroom indoors. We had a picnic dinner twice on the rocks overlooking the beach, just 5 minutes from the house, and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets! A must! The beaches nearby are all wonderfully sandy and have crystalline water. The house was hot at night so we turned on the electric fans; hopefully the owners will manage to install the air conditioning soon. I would suggest adding some more mirrors and a reading light in the small bedroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing the property would benefit from is air conditioning, particularly from peak season as it was very hot in early July l.

Very well equipped. Distance to the beautiful "house beach" About 5 minutes. There is a roof terrace. Perfect for a morning yoga session. The sun can be enjoyed from morning to night on the property. We were 4 adults and had a lot of space. Landlords are very nice. We really enjoyed the stay. Just for family/friends time. You won't find party places here.

Many mosquitos, but there are anti-mosquito-candles and stuff. It's better you will bring some anti-spray for the outdoor area. :)
