Mooie locatie

Restaurant personeel was onvriendelijk. Prima ontbijt. Het diner viel tegen zowel qua keuze als qua qualiteit. Een 'vreetschuur' zonder enige sfeer, net als de rest van het hotel. Het hotel was echt nog niet volgeboekt. Maar de herrie in het restaurant was niet te doen. Zeker niet met die verschrikkelijk harde en lelijke muziek erbij.

Good price-quality ratio for what we paid. The food was good quality and tasty, plentiful breakfast, sparkling wine at breakfast. We liked. The dinner selection was also quite large, the desserts was different. The food experience is positive. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

Room cleaning poor, need to improve. I did not like the location of the hotel, it is very far from shops, the center, there is nothing nearby. You have to walk 1.5-2 km to reach the stores. Expensive taxi

Rooms clean, AC, Complementary water, tee, coffee is nice. Decent small fridge! Friendly crew. Great view.

Poor quality breakfast. Too few fresh (living) vegetables and fruits compared to 4* Hotel Ocean House, that offered tremendous fresh veggies and fruits as well. Here too much artificial anti-food to stuff your guts full (sugar, wheat, unhealthy fats). Get your food elsewhere! They restaurant crew stopped me and prohibited to take some slice of melon from breakfast to our room to eat it later when able (after I got bad diarrhea and vomiting previous night).

Breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of choice and items were replenished frequently. Location was nice - beach front and many shops and bars in walking distance.

The room was too small, even for 2 of us. The shower temperature would not regulate - it was either way too hot or very cold. The cleaning of our room was hit and miss, we were left water on a couple of days but the tea and coffee was never replenished and some days old towels were left.

- breakfast good but disappointing for a 4* standard, no good coffee (only weak vending machines) or no option to order well-prepared coffee; - acoustics in the room, especially when there are loud neighbors.

In the shower I missed the shelves to put things, and water in the shower was not at a stable temperature, the temperature was constantly changing.

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice and spacious. The door to enter the room is so small the same as the lifts that our stroller barely fits in. So perhaps not very suitable with babies. Speaking of babies, there is no changing facility anywhere in the hotel. Therefore not family friendly. Also the walls are very thin so if your neighbours come back from partying late you feel like they are in your bed talking. Phone in the room is not working, when my husband addressed it at the reception they giggled and said "some phones work and some don't all over the hotel"- doesn't seem like a solution to me. Water in the shower and the sink is either boiling hot or freezing cold, but if you tell reception they will fix it. Pool area is ok and you can always find beds. Most umbrellas are broken so you will need to figure it out yourself since there is no pool area staff at all. Also there are no little tables for your drinks or snacks next to the lounger so you will have to put it all on the ground at this 4 star facility. Also bar prices change in the evening, so if you pay for non alcohol mojito 6 euro during the day in the evening its 15 euro. If you ask for iron you will have to pay a deposit, but they don't have any ironing board so go figure where you will iron. Breakfast selection is OK and balcony for breakfast is fab to enjoy your cup of coffee. Lunch and dinner selection has a lot of fried foods like chicken nuggets, chips etc. Even you pay 25 euro for buffet perhaps it would be nice to see more effort. Lift to go downstairs to the pool area or the bar is sometimes broken, so if you are with a stroller or a wheelchair you have to figure out how you will get downstairs. My husband had to carry the stroller up and down all the time to get out, staff seen this on number of occasions and didn't offer any solution. Another option is to walk around the building to get out which is what we did other half of the time.

Loved everything about the property. Nice, clean and large rooms and swimming pools were the best. Plus we enjoyed the sea view from our room. The breakfast was fabulous with numerous options even for vegetarians.

I stayed for 3 nights with my 8 year old son. All rooms have a view of the sea but half the hotel overlooks the industrial air conditioning units. They charge you per person to get a room that isn’t over looking the air con. Reception staff are slow and seem and unqualified. considering this is the start of the season many staff seemed unhappy The food was ok but the restaurant starting closing at dinner time around 9pm The all inclusive deal is massively over priced for what you’re entitled to. Kids are charge a similar price to adults. There are also at least 20 exposed nails under the bar which you may cut yourself on.

Pool areas stunning. Good location for a beach holiday. Rooms clean and fully equipped. We only had 1 night as it was a stopover before an early flight but would go back. Didn’t use restaurant but looked beautiful.

Staff were friendly but seemed thinly stretched. Lobby and bar area beautiful but couldn’t find anyone to serve us so went elsewhere. Wouldn’t put me off staying. Parking expensive.
