The property facilities.
So. We arrived late at the property after a long travel day. Everything was going fine when checking in until they opened our rooms doors (2 suites, almost 2000 dollars per night, ocean view) someone was painting the walls of one of the rooms and it the whole room smelled fresh paint.
They proposed another rooms. But parking lot view. I had paid for ocean view.
When I called front desk to tell them that I would like a ocean room view as I had paid, they said : “ I will ask the maid to purify the air in your freshly painted rooms (basically open the windows for a while) or you can stay in your parking lot view rooms (!!!).
It was late, I was travelling with my children and we needed to shower, eat and sleep.
Then I asked if they could find a place to eat in one of their restaurants. They said : fully booked, the only solution is room service. Which I did.
I asked front desk to have the hotels manager call me, he never did.
At this point I just wanted to get out this place.
The next day, when checking out, I asked to talk to the manager, Sergio Cobos, explained the whole situation, he patiently listed and didn’t say absolutely anything. Not even excuse us for the poor service. I paid and left.
I understand that mistakes are part of human nature, but at every step of the way the hotel could have make us feel better by proposing a drink, a free massage, a place at one of the restaurant, upgrades in our room. I don’t know, anything. They just chose not to.
Do not stay at this place.

Besides how beautiful and clean it is, it is pure luxury, classy and they treat you like a queen. The pools are heavenly, the access to the beach, the service was espectacular, from the smallest detail they are 5 stars
Only thing that their restaurants book up really fast so even if you try to find a spot for dinner a couple of days ahead, it’s hard to get in.

good location, softer bed than the hotel we had previously stayed in, the art on the hallway walls was bright and colorful/unique. Did not try any food, good view from the rooftop.
It smelled like fish, our room had a terrible location, check in process was lengthy, never heard from our butler, the room was ok but not for the price we paid. The rooftop was under construction, disappointing.

Not enough activities too many children

Food onsite was good to great at all three restaurants.
The pools were cleaned until they were immaculate.
The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Was told I was upgraded to an ocean view, but the view was more of a construction ocean view. At the time my wife and I went, the property next door was being built and it was noisy.
Weird outlet placement in room.
Little to no counter space for multiple devices, and shower items.

The place was really nice.
The facility’s price did not meet my expectations. It was very clean, but the place had unfriendly staff. And I went to the spa for two experiences. The spa was good, but to get my hair done, I’m not sure if it was because I was African American but they washed my hair and couldn’t even style it and they told me it’s because they never saw my type of texture hair. I felt as if this was rude and culturally insensitive. I felt as if they are selling a luxury spa, all experiences should be offer.

The service was incredible. They truly have thought of every little thing. There is no detail not covered. The entire experience was fantastic. We loved every minute of our stay.
It would be awesome if there was a spa at the rooftop pool. It would also be great to keep the kids away from the spa in the main area that is supposed to be adults only.

We’ve been coming to Cabo do 15 years and have stayed at many places. GB is at the top of our list with a couple others. We loved our accommodations so much; spacious room with soaking tubs, large kitchen + balcony with hammocks PLUS the bathrooms had washlet bidet toilets. Everything was so fresh + new. They’ve mastered the little touches like turndown service and sunglass cleanings by the pool. The staff was super friendly but not pushy like some (to buy a timeshare). The pools were fun for kids but the adult pool was fun for adults. We can’t wait to come back.
The only complaint I have is that food is very sub-par compared to the restaurants Cabo has to offer. I would never opt into all-inclusive. There’s too much goodness to explore in the area.

rooms exquisite, at least 3 bedroom suite. others with no view although states there is view. multiple pools enjoyable. minimal facilities to use especially being 20 minute drive to everything
They have so many hidden costs and bill only printed in Spanish so difficult to understand how you spent close to 2000.00 US dollars in all inclusive. the tipping is actually not included although states that it is but all the staff will tell you that they are not getting that. if you order a drink 1 minute after you have checked out or if there is a mix up they flat out won’t serve you. The second time here and both times tried to put us in lesser room than what was booked. you seriously need to take picture and document everything you have booked and what is stated you are getting for price. Their membership is what the hotel is about and if you are not interested in joining you are not their priority. it honestly is a shame for could so easily be a 5 star hotel but you walk away feeling that they hold no value in your spending 10-20,000.00 for a stay.

I loved how nice and clean the facility was. Being a more expensive and luxury property, it was definitely worth my stay.
A bit pricey, but overall worth it. :)

Outstanding Ritz Carlton-level service throughout. All employees speak English. Perhaps the most beautiful beachfront hotel I've ever been to in the world.
The pressure to view a sales presentation for their timeshares.
