Neu renovierte 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wrights Strand duplex, die zum Strand nur ein paar Schritte ist! Offene Grundriss verbindet Wohnbereich, Essbereich und Küche in einem komfortablen unterhaltsam Raum. Sitzplätze für 6+ im Essbereich. LCD-Flachbildfernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer. Großzügige Auffahrt + Carport mit Parkplatz für 3-4 Fahrzeuge. Geschlossene Außendusche. Kleine umzäunten Rasenfläche im Fond ist perfekt für Haustiere! Die rechte Seite des Duplex (Shore Thing) hat auch 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 6 Personen und kann für größere Gruppen für die gleichen Termine zu mieten.

The basics were covered. Bathroom for one of bedrooms was a bit small and cramped. Dog yard was not as expected, so didn’t use. It was a small, fenced patch of dirt. Be prepared to walk your dog on the beach, unless it’s in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach itself. Overall though, we were comfortable there, and would rent again.

Do not waste your money on this one. The only positive on this rental was the location, however; it has many more negatives than positives. First, the management company sends multiple “automated” reminders to you, however; does not respond to back if you make a request. When you call the management company, the representatives are not customer oriented in the least. The property is run-down and needs a complete refresh. The bathroom tub was clogged, the towel bar fell off the wall and the overall cleanliness was fair at best. The property is advertised at $189/night, however; they add in a $500 service fee, $200 pet fee, $150 cleaning fee, making it in reality over $400/night. Not worth it.

We spent our spring break on Wrightsville Beach with 3 kids and a dog. The house is in an amazing location, steps from the beach, close walking access to the walking loop. Beach supplies were great.,,sand toys, chairs, bikes, towels. Really well done!

We stayed here previously, and were not disappointed once again! This time though, the small fenced in yard was kept up and mowed, which was really nice - and the outside shower is great after a beach day!

Overall the location and property were perfect! It was great having both bedrooms with private bathrooms. The amenities provided, like beach accessories, really made the stay easier and more enjoyable. We did have one small issue that was taken care of instantly by SeaScape properties. They were extremely responsive and great to work with.

This duplex unit is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and the Shark Bar, a favorite restaurant. The unit has fresh paint, comfortable beds, is tastefully decorated, and has an efficient layout. Sea Scapes was great to work with - they were responsive and friendly. The keyless entry was great, and it was nice to not have to keep up with a key.

We Would Seay Here Again
Overall it was very nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location was great. It was a very pleasant stay. Very relaxing during the hectic Christmas Holiday. A few small things could be addressed. The broom was broken. The lint trap on the dryer was caked on. It had been a while since it was cleaned. And the bath mat in the second bedroom was dirty. Really no big deal. Just a heads up. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful spot just steps from the beach
This unit was very clean and decorated very nicely. The proximity to the beach was perfect. It also was on a quiet street which was very nice. The beach accessories came in very handy, and the outdoor hose and shower were great for getting all that sand off! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect Location! Cute Cottage!
Perfect location, walking distance to the pier and local restaurants! This cottage has great beds and has everything you need for a stay at the beach. We were in town for Ironman 70.3 and this was an ideal location for the weekend events. Communication with the rental agency was excellent! Highly recommend this cottage for a Wrightsville Beach stay, much better than a condo!

The management company was fantastic. Our original vacation time frame was during hurricane Dorian and the management company moved our dates for us. I appreciated the extra items (towels, linens, paper towels. cleaning supplies) that were supplied. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. The location and cleanliness of the property was great. The property had a few condition/maintenance issues that should be addressed (dead tree in the back yard, peeling exterior paint) but did not affect our vacation stay. I would stay again!

Convenient location. Best suited for 4 guests only as unit has limited living/sitting space. Sleeper sofa has horrible mattress, but may be ok for a child. Rental company provides everything you need - linens, paper products, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, umbrella; very nice to have these on site and not have to pack them. Unit was clean. Furnishings nice. Kitchen adequate. We enjoyed the enclosed porch/grilling area. We had several maintenance issues that were promptly attended to by SeaScape. It appeared that no one had observed or reported the maintenance issues in prior rentals - as we had our dog with us, having to stay at the property while repairs were made interrupted our vacation stay. Owner appears to have begun some upgrades to unit but we would suggest they complete the upgrades/repairs before continuing to rent the unit. We would not choose this property again.

The house was clean and all of the provided linens and towels and pillows were an amazing comfort. The provided beach toys were such a great thing. The place was just a few steps from beach access and the 2 outdoor showers made it super easy to keep the sand out of the house. The only issue we had was at check in where the provided code didn't work on the door but the people answered the phone after hours right away and gave me the right code! Great customer service.
