Very clean flat with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Good central location with parking. Cot and high chair available. We also got to check-in early which was great and very much appreciated.

Decor all slightly a bit grey for our taste. Also, the bedroom door didn’t quite shut and the main light flashed on and off when we were there.

We loved everything about this apartment. it’s well located on the edge of the medieval town, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

very modern updated apartment with beautiful dishes, dishwasher, washing machine. high ceilings and details if an elegant old building.

When I checked in, there was no internet service at the apartment, so no way to contact the host to let her know of the problem. There was a message saying it was not in service after logging on- presumably she had not paid for it to be on. when I contacted her after finding a restaurant where I could use WiFi, she told me to use the connection for the apartment across the hall. Service was horrible and although on the last night there she made the other apartment available to use the connection there directly so I could attend an important online meeting, it really was not a good situation, and quite unfair when the listing says there is internet. the communication about how to find the place did not mention that there are two separate adresses for the building and the parking because the parking is on the street at the back of the building. I was a little confused about all of this until I got there and saw the setup. The parking entrance is very hard to find. Another similar entrance is almost next door. it would have helped to know that. I was at the wrong one looking for the keypad to enter the code to get in before figuring it out in my own. The front door to the building is kept open all day, which results in the hallway being freezing cold during a winter stay. The apartment itself, though nicely updated is not cozy feeling and could use some rugs on the floors. Also a cover for the extra duvet, which I found sitting in a plastic bag and was very glad to have because the weather was very cold on the first night of my stay.

Great location, really! Nice coffee shop dowstairs, very calm. Our host was very nice, even if we had a few comunication problems. All together, very cosy, great WIFI, AC and 2 TVs! Great coffee machine.

Everything was likable, but I was surprised by the stairs that weren't mentioned. and by some pb with communication... but all together, those didn't destroy the mood!

1. Apartment is modern and well furnished. 2. Ralph was always in touch. 3. Location is great, in the centre of Hyéres and there are all what you need for every day life in a resort town: - grocery shops/markets and boulangeries; - coffee shops to get a coffee cup; - restaurants to get lunch and diner; - bars to get couple glasses of wine/beer; - old town is right here to walk on streets up and down; - bus stops are just in 3 minutes by walk to get them to the beaches.

Two things we didn't like: - the presence of a slight smell of smoke, despite the fact that this is a non-smoking apartment; - cleaning, dust in the corners.

Flat is very new and clean . It has all needed facilities. Easy self check in and self check out . Owner was very responsive and provided all necessary instructions. Flat situated in a heart of old town , so plenty restaurants around and old beautiful streets to visit. Tourism office is just around the corner where we bought our tickets for the islands same as the bus stop that can bring you to the Port (bus 67) or even any town around the coast till Saint Topez (7801 , 7802) . Food shop is also just 3 min walk. I would recommend this flat as its very comfortable and great location. We enjoyed our stay !
