I like that the room is accessible to food and other commercial establishments. The water supply is good with hot and cold showers.
The general ambience looks slightly grubby. The room smells like musky, amonia or chlorine type reminiscent of a scent of after s€x. ( your guess is as good as mine). The wifi signal is weak. No bathroom tissue provided.

Nothing except the location
Beddings were dirty. There were hairs all over the bed. There were Cockroaches on the walls.

There’s not much to like except for the strong flowing water and Ate Lilibeth ( the staff )
1) Poor state of facilities (bidet was broken so had to turn off flow of water to stop it from overflowing)
2) Unresponsive owner
3) Power gets cut off every now and then (you have to contact owner to get it back on and pls remember point number 2, owner unresponsive. Have to go through ate lilibeth)
4) Broken remote TV so unable to play anything
5) POOR WIFI CONNECTION

7) Bed and pillows were bad even blankets were thin

The rate and the location
The First room was good enough then I paid 300 for the upgrade, then the next day they moved us to another room that is smaller, the tv uses tvplus but dont have any signal, and the wifi also is so slow. The bed is too old and noisy, the bedsheets and blanket have holes caused by cigarettes. Boring to stay

Great location, it's located in between MRT3 Boni and Shaw stations. The aircon is cold. There's free Netflix and Youtube
The room was not well kept, there are several areas with duct tape that make it look terrible. The walls are torn. The seat is also broken. The cabinets are semi broken / hanging open. The fire alarm on the ceiling is taped up to cover it from smokers/vapers and looks absolutely terrible.

my 12yo son and I arrived at 9 PM with a key that doesnt easily fit the door, and with a room that doesnt have a knob. CABINET HAS CONDOM WRAPPERS!! means that they didnt clean the room before we arrived. flush not working, bidet broken. room smells funky. torn wallpapers, even the wall clock isnt working.
i called booking.com to report and requested to modify my resv so we can check out the next day. as per the agent, the owner agreed on the refund. I GOT AN SMS FROM THE OWNER AFTER THAT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW REFUND BEC MY BOOKING WAS NON-REFUNDABLE. Cheaters.

The location was accessible
Iba yung unit number na confirmed sa email nila. Nung pumunta ako sa lobby, pinakita ko sa staff yung booking confirmation number with the unit number na nakalagay sa email. When I informed the staff from booking that I already checked in, they told me to go back to the lobby kasi mali daw yung unit number, at may nakastay daw dun. I waited for almost 1.5 hours at the lobby, para lang mapalitan yung unit number ko. Yung staff na kausap ko, napakasungit pa. Sira pa yung mga gamit sa unit. Even the shower. Very uncomfortable. Overall, I was disappointed sa stay ko. .

There are two elevators operating for the upper floors,if I’m not mistaken it’s operating from 23-42 floors. But both of them often get broken. And I witnessed one guy got stock inside the elevator for almost an hour. He said the button controller inside for floor levels weren’t working. That was around 4::00-5:00 am. Blissfully I press the down button from 28floor for my early appointment and when the door opened, the guy was so thankful. He said to me when he got stock, all of the electricity inside were also got off. Reason why he used his phone flashlight. And then the other night that was Tuesday, the other side elevator was also broken which cause the traffic.

The location was convenient it is in the city proper. It is also nearby to restaurants, pharmacies and groceries with easy access to public and alternative transportation.
The internet always disconnected. Payment facilities is very poor. The host is not polite, not hospitable, very rude, not very helpful and shower facilities are not working.

From outside point ot view it was fantastic, accessible whether you may go to bank, market anywhere you want to go because its in the middle of the city 👍
Inside the facilities some of the elevator can't access other floor? Inside the unit Internet is disgusting poor on & off what the heck 🤔 microwave oven also so damn bad smell because of the cockroach. Paid full amount but the other services are really damn not good, Do the random checking and maintenance

The facilities were okay
The bloody cockroaches. Owner blamed typhoon weather but when a customer pays good money to stay somewhere then the main priority is for the customer to have a pleasureable stay.
Oh and their was no divider on the floor in the bathroom so when you took a shower the water would go everywhere.

Too many cockroach inside the room. Inside all the closets. Everywhere. I even bought a baygon(Insects killer) just to get rid of them but it's really too much. The wifi since day 1 up until i leave the place it never work. Though the care taker provide me the user name and password but it only appear on your phone that you are connected but no actual internet actually. Very poor hygiene while the price is just the same with the other excellent establishment. Sorry. But a honest review for those next to me.

With extra charges when you arrived early like 30 mins before 2pm. We check in by 1:35 and the host collects an extra charge Also, there will be an extra charge for mins of late check-out. Bed and Pillows are not comfortable, Bed is hard because of the wires and pillow were too soft, almost feels like there was no cotton inside. Cockroaches are all over the place.

I love the view 💗 and the location. The tv is great and the WiFi 😀 and you can cook food in the rice cooker and there is a fridge, microwave, and electric heater...
The aircon is making a clicking sound sometimes and it's disturbing 😅. There is no Garbage collecting, I don't know maybe it's voluntary to bring it down?. And small cockroaches but i like to kill it😆
