The unit and property were clean and well maintained. While the check in/ getting keys was just a bit confusing, or stay was wonderful! Perfect for a nice little retreat!

Between seasons, there were very few people around, and, nothing was open. This was fine and even refreshing, since we were there for some peace and quiet. On the other hand, it was disconcerting that we never saw any property personnel except tor the person who fixed the sliding screen. The check-in process wasn't very welcoming, since there was no one to welcome us. I won't fault you for the problems with the hot water--such things happen.

Great location in river run.

Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to the gondola and lots of restaurants. Very near to the 3 hot tubs. Underground heated parking. Kitchen has everything we needed. Stairs are close and convenient. Communication before check-in is awesome and gives all the details you need ahead of time.
Cons: A little dirty. Murphy bed is very heavy and is freestanding so it's not easy to lower or put up. Couches are pretty worn out. TV in bedroom is hilariously small. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Elevator slow and extremely busy at the peak times so you may have to wait 4-5 times to allow it to finally come with room available (luckily the stairs are very close and convenient for the shorter trips where you aren't hauling all your gear to/from the car).
Overall: The cons are all pretty minor, and the location and affordability of a place that sleeps 5 outweighs these cons. Next time I'll still look around at other options, but I would definitely stay here again!

This unit is in need of upgrades. The washing machine door springs do not work, the bathroom toilet does not fully flush, the TV is almost impossible to use. You cannot use the guide and you cannot punch in the channel you want. Finally there was a mechanical noise in the wall that never stopped making noise the entire time.

This place was perfect! So convenient to the ski slopes, with amenities and a perfectly laid out space. We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. They were really flexible in allowing us to keep our car in the garage a few more hours too!

I booked on Expedia and then had to contact Summit County Mountain Retreats 3 times, by email, then by phone twice to complete a contract before they would tell me the process of accessing the condo. And our key didn't work the next morning at the pool. The first contract that was sent went to my junk since it was sent from a PDF email without a name, then the one I filled out after contacting them by phone wouldn't submit, and I filled out every line, then I had to talk to a person, and since the contract submission still didn't work, then they had to send me THIRD email for the contract. You don't get to check in until 4:30 an have to leave by 10 AM. Extreme hassle to stay in a condo booked through expedia. The property itself was wonderful though.

Has potential. Location and view were just what I was looking for. Hard surface flooring in all areas except bedroom was nice. Positives kind of stop there. Bedding was gross, sheets were rough, blanket was like old, heavy duty felt. Finally found a quilt on Murphy bed I could use. Carpet was gross. Thankfully I brought flip flops to walk around in. Rugs were gross. Rolled up kitchen and patio rug as soon as I walked around the place. There was duct tape as transition between hard surface flooring and bedroom carpet. Bedside table was broken/had missing front piece. Closet was stuffed full of things I wouldn’t use - additional bedding, 3 fans- broken tower fan, cleaning supplies. I stuffed everything I could on top shelf to have room to hang clothes. The patio chair/table/floor in front of sliding door/bedroom window were dirty-with roof debris. Understand rain could have caused some but wasn’t raining the evening I arrived & would have loved to start out with things clean & able to sit on patio. Once I cleaned areas, it never got as dirty again even though it rained next couple days. Thought it was very kind of them to reach out morning after arrival to see how things were & ask if I needed anything & if anything needed addressed. I responded with some of the issues listed above and to see if they had another condo available; XO no one ever responded. With just a small bit of $$ and some TLC, this place could be really nice & worth the price charged. Don’t like being negative but wish I had known these things as I would not have stayed there.

Condo was perfect! It was inviting and set a vibe for a winter getaway in the mountains! Shuttles into the center and around mountain were easily accessible. Covered parking was ideal and additional parking was $25 for overnight in lot directly in front of building.

We were very pleased with the vacation rental, and the surrounding area. We had a lovely time. The only negative item was that it was very difficult to find assistance when needed, even from the owner. I tried calling the numbers and the emails they left, but nobody could help me with a simple question. I was not able to get into the workout room with the items left me. It was important for me to have this accessible and unfortunately, I was not able to use it. Sadly, no one seemed interested in helping me either?

We had a great stay and time. The resort was extremely quiet this time of year. We enjoyed the numerous hiking trails in the area and the fall colors though past their peak where still beautiful. The property management was easy to work with and responded quickly when a need happened.

We love staying in Keystone, specifically in the Silver Mill building because of the great location. We have previously stayed in a unit managed by Summit Cove, and we loved the process and the property. While the process was just as seamless with Summit County Mountain Retreats, we were not pleased with this unit. It was run down and dirty. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were falling off and literally hanging to one side.The threshold in the bedroom doorway was literally duck taped down and in the bathroom doorway there was a filthy goopy substance on it. The couch was filthy with an oily black look and it had an odor. There were big gashes in the drywall that need to be filled and painted. Also the TV in the bedroom was smaller than a computer monitor, it was maybe 18 inches or so. I took pictures of everything. I would never stay in this unit again and to be honest I would be very hesitant to stay in another Summit County Mountain Retreat property.

We loved everything about the property except for the mattresses. We slept in the bedroom and on the pull-out couch. Both mattresses were extremely poor and no one got a good night's sleep. Other than that it was great. But a good night's sleep is the most important thing!

In Keystone for a family wedding--River Run is a great location within the resort, condo was clean and easy to access, though I wish there was a check-in location closer to the village for those visiting without cars. Short and sweet stay in a beautiful place!

We had a minor repair issue the first day n the call to maintenance was so pleasant and the repair man came in under an hour. The condo is fine for 2, attractive, and well set up for cooking.

This place was lovely. Cozy beds and everything you need for some time away. I will say that the listing makes it look like the pool is in this building. Sadly, it was not. Wasn’t a big deal, as we could still walk across the village to use it, but I did specifically book this location because of the pool.
