Schöne Southpoint Oceanfront Condo Unit 310 in einem sicheren Gebäude, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Oceanside North Turn Restaurant, weniger als 5 km vom Ponce Inlet Lighthouse und nahe dem internationalen Flughafen Daytona Beach entfernt. Unsere voll ausgestattete Wohnung verfügt über einen beheizten Pool, ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei volle Betten im Gästezimmer, ein Ausziehsofa und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit. Die Küche umfasst Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Weingläser und einen Mixer. Es gibt einen Fernseher in jedem Zimmer sowie kostenlosen Highspeed-Internetzugang.

Great property in a great location. Not a lot of people surrounding the beach. Little low on cleaning supplies and had to purchase our own. Not a bad deal as it sits right on the beach with gorgeous views.

Thanksgiving at Ponce
Came from the Ohio Valley to spend the holiday at the beach. Condo was well set up for our family, plenty of space at the dinner table and seating for watching a little football. Kitchen worked well for the cooking we needed to do. Easy beach access, and spent a lot of our downtime sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Location was great, a quieter area than Daytona Beach itself but still easy access if that's what you're looking for. A perfect fit for our vacation.

Much needed family vacation
The whole process was very easy and went smoothly! The property was exactly as pictured, no surprises! There were even beach chairs and boogie boards in the condo. Thank you! The unit itself was very clean and spacious. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our group and we had plenty of space. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again. Perfect location!
This condo is in the perfect location within walking distance to our favorite restaurant. And that view....all I can say is WOW! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and Ken was very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Excellent condo! Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location with a fantastic view. Beautiful sunrises and dolphins playing.
Only downside of our stay was construction and updating which will ultimately improve the next stay. We would definitely stay here again. :)

My family and I had a great stay at this condo in Ponce Inlet. The condo was very clean and provided everything that you would need for a beach vacation. This is our second time at this condo and we plan to book it for future trips to Florida!

The location of this property is amazing! The balcony was our favorite place. The view was amazing and it was very private. We walked to the North Turn on two occasions and had the best time. I can't wait to go back!

Great time in Ponce Inlet!
My husband and I stay at this property over Christmas so we could visit with family and friends! The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for the week! The property was well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed the heated pool and the close proximity to all of the bars and restaurants in Ponce. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Daytona!

Amazing
Everything about this place was great! The staff and other occupants were very friendly. The beach was especially great because the building is located on the "no drive" section. Good for the kids to run or just enjoy the serenity of the waves crashing on the beach. I highly recommend this place for your get away.

We had a great stay at Ponce Inlet. Property was very clean and comfortable. The king size bed in the master bedroom was wonderful. Beach view from the balcony was excellent. Beach chairs and beach towels were much appreciated! The condo is in walking distance to the North Turn restaurant which is a great place for food, drinks and entertainment. Would highly recommend this property and hope to be back for another visit!

We stayed June 2019. Location is great and beach perfect. Away from busy commercialism but close to many activities. Many great restaurants nearby.
Pool location not great but good for a quick dip. Pool hairs need replaced. Beach is better. Property was okay. Nothing fancy, had most of what you need. Could use a few updates - blinds, beds, but overall had the basics. Bring your own beach towels but other beach gear provided.
