Great location close to the beach. Lovely outside area. Maria so welcoming and helpful. Room was cool without using air con.

The host and the warm welcome, the location, nearby the small port/beach of Agnonda, with some very cosy Greek fish taverna's. Not too crowded and plenty of Greek people on holiday as well, which is always the best indication. Even though is close to the "main road", the location is very quiet and peacefull at night : a dream. The maisonnettes are very clean, lost the number of times towels got changed, the host is always discretely present and the garden is wunderfull.

As a matter of fact nothing. The only thing I would change is the shower in the bathroom. One needs to hold the showerhead with his hands and the shower is only with a curtain. A small, stylish fixed showerhead and a sober plexibox would make a world of difference, but regradless it didn't prevent us from coming back to this place and we will surely come back again.

Perfect stay at Maria's house.

Perfect host, perfectly clean apartment. Treatment like in hotel, every second day change of towels, every day apartment was cleaned. Lokation is great, in small village Agnontas. Very quiet. 3 nice tavernas 50 m from apartment.

I must say, my husband, daughter and I had a great time at Skopelos, and it really had to do with our experience at 'Katikies Stamaties'. Mary was an incredible host. A warm, genuine and caring individual who was a pleasure to be around. Our room remained spotless as it was cleaned daily. The location was also great with a quiet beach and 3-4 taverns within walking distance. We would wake early in the morning and have a swim at the beach before heading off to explore the rest of the island. If we return to Skopelos, we will most certainly return Kaikies Stamatias. We have stayed here 3 times now. Maria is so welcoming and kind. The gardens are beautiful and really peaceful. Agnontas is a small fishing village and the bay is so relaxing. It is a really wonderful place to stay for peace and calm and sunshine by the sea. The room is really spacious and has everything you need for a few days and Maria keeps it spotlessly clean during our stay. I would really recommend staying here.
