House is situated in peaceful area,yet it is very close to Monfalcone center, shopping,beaches. The house with 3 rooms is beautiful,Italian countryside style. It's next to their Conte wineyard. The offer wine and plate with cheese and prosciutto- agritourism closes at 20.30,so it doesn't distrupt night sleep. Owner is very nice, helpfull,flexible,speaks english and prepares tasty breakfast (in price). Parking is in the courtyard,which is fenced,so there is no need to worry about it. Threre is very beautiful,old cedar tree in the courtyard. Will stay there again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Contessa. Signora Katia was really nice, professional and helpful with everything. The room was big, clean and pleasant, we also enjoyed breakfast and this lovely estate with winery. Would come back!

I chose La Contessa for its proximity to the airport which is easily accessible by bus. However i got a lot more than that. Quiteness, big bathroom, friendly staff and and a delicious breakfast. The artisanal prosciutto and ham is the best I have ever tasted! There's also a very reliable bus service to the coast at Duino amd Sistiana so I could easily fit in a swim and lunch before my afternoon flight.

Big, clean and well equipped room. Kind and helpful owner. I was leaving early in the morning, yet the owner made me a breakfast, which was very delicious.

Warm hosts. Great place attached to a winery, yet in a residential area. Furnished with great attention to detail.

Enough and very varied breakfast! It is a special place, in the evening we could taste our own wines and they served us a small snack! We didn't have to go out to dinner anymore! The owners, Mrs. Fernanda and her son, were very friendly! We highly recommend this location!

Fresh newly renovated room with a classic air. Run by family in wine business. Every afternoon locals came for a glas. And so did we. Very nice and genuin atmosphere. Old Mama came to our table with spumante for a toast. We did only undestand each others smiles… Nice breakfast, very polite people! Bought some of their wine

First it is quite easy to find and there are safe parkinglots. The house is nicely renovated and is charming. The room is really superclean, the bed confortable and the bathroom spacious with a good shower with satisfying water pression. It was a nice stay for one night and we'd like to recommend for a longer stay too. Thank you!
