Dieses geräumige Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Meerblick befindet sich nur einen privaten Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Es bietet drei Schlafzimmer und 3. 5 Bäder. Zwei private Decks bieten einen schönen Blick auf den Strand. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock und bietet viel Privatsphäre, während die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock sind. Dieses Stadthaus bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit renovierten Master-Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Das untere vordere Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad und das untere hintere Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten (voll) mit einem Flur-Badezimmer.
Die zweite Etage bietet ein Familienzimmer mit 55-Zoll-TV und einem Esstisch für acht Personen. Die Küche ist komplett mit wichtigen Geräten ausgestattet, um Ihr Budget zu strecken. Es gibt auch ein Halbbad auf dieser Etage.

Always hesitant and bring own beach equipment because you never know if whats provided is enough or good and I should add for others what these homeowners provide is more than enough and in great condition and good confortable chairs not cheap ones many provide. Also the upstairs master bed topper was so amazing for my back I just ordered one for myself 😊

We loved our stay at Patty’s condo - Clipper North! She was so easy to communicate with, and quick to offer recommendations and field all of our (mine) endless questions! It was so convenient to be right on the beach. She had everything you would need: chairs, wagon, bikes etc. The layout was great for our family of four, who all want separate sleeping spaces. :)
It was close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was an easy drive into St. Augustine if you want to go explore and/or shop. Highly recommend!

We lived in Tallahassee for many years and always vacationed at St Aug beach. We had stayed at Seawinds condos at least five times throughout the years. We all now live locally and the kids (27 and 29) wanted to relive our great times! We had a great stay and it was a wonderful mother day present for my wife!

What a perfect place! We had 5 ladies staying for a week. The condo was impeccable, spotless, ,well equipped, with gorgeous views of the ocean on the back decks. The boardwalk to the beach was directly behind the condo.The drive to downtown St. Augustine only took about 15 minutes and there were plenty of places to park. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants the best of “both worlds “… peace and serenity by the beach, and a vibrant downtown scene with great restaurants, bars, and opportunities to take historical tours. Bravo!

The condo was very well equipped in the kitchen and it was a good find for 2 couples. With nicely upgraded bathrooms the 2 things lacking were the quality of the mattresses and the worn cushions on the sofas. We are an older clientele so these things are a little more important these days. Thanks for an overall great stay!

I picked this place to celebrate our first anniversary because my wife loves the beach and this place did not disappoint. Great ocean views from the second and third floors. We could hear the waves while having breakfast in the very well supplied kitchen. They had everything we needed and then some. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

This property is AMAZING!! Very beautiful and spacious inside and what an AMAZING view!! Any time I had questions, the property manager/owner was responding very quickly!! The kitchen was very equipped and plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets available! We would definitely rent again!

Our group of 4 absolutely loved this condo. It was easy to locate and super clean when we arrived! It had everything we needed for a great 4 day stay. The balcony on the top floor was great, especially for catching the sunrise. We had a mostly private beach, although it was a little chilly during our stay. I did get the wrong code for the beach gate but o messaged the owners and immediately got a response for the right code and had no other issues. It’s super close to all the local attractions. I would definitely recommend.

The condo was awesome! It was equipped with everything you would need, from beach chairs, bikes, and any beach or pool accessories you would want or need. Along, with all the household items.
The only things I would recommend would be replacing the sofa (it wasn't comfy and had a slight odor) and the master bed was a bit hard and squeaky everytime you would move.
The views are gorgeous and location was perfect!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!🌴

This condo was exactly as described. So much room for our family of six. The location and the ocean front view was spectacular. It was so nice to not have to bring beach chairs from home. The owner has thought of everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and beach toys for the kids. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Me and my daughters family take a summer vacation every year. This place was amazing. My granddaughters loved it. The beach was right there. Everything described in the description of the condo. Absolutely loved everything about our stay. The owner was available if needed and responded promptly. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. She even had spices, olive oil and aluminum foil, ziplock bags etc. plenty of dishes. Two types of coffee makers (pods and drip). She had plenty of fans for the top floor master as it can get warm but that was never an issue for our June stay. There was a hair dryer and straightener in the bathroom. And a baby pack n play in the closet for families with babies. My only tip is to bring extra garbage bags for the kitchen.
The condo is beautiful and clean and the beach is perfect and not overly crowded. We will definitely stay here again. This is my 3rd stay in a Seawinds condo VRBO.

You can't beat ocean views whether inside or on the balconies. The Sea Winds community is small and quiet, which we prefer. Condo has been updated and is attractive and had all we needed.

Location and size were great. We stayed 3 nights. No coffee filters, no dishwasher soap, scarce hand soap, scarce toilet paper. For a 3 night stay I was disappointed with the things left for us. I’ve never stayed where there is not 1 coffee filter available. For the price, I expected more basic items in the rental.

We were in St. Augustine for a wedding. When we arrived at the condo, we were beyond impressed with how clean it was. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! We loved the ease of the reservation and check-in/out process. The property and location are beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip to the beach. The condo is well stocked and we appreciated the extra pillows, blankets and sheets. The kitchen had more than just the basic appliances and dishes. There were measuring cups, serving dishes, crock pot, Keurig, and other items you don't always get at a rental. The private walkway to the beach was convenient and the beach had plenty of space to spread out without being crowded uncomfortably close to other families. Overall, we loved this condo!
