L’appartement est spacieux, on s’y sent bien. Magnifique vue, la piscine est top!

Équipements pas toujours en bon état et il en manquait certains, les locaux extérieurs se dégradent, c’est dommage car le potentiel est énorme. Presque aucun contact avec le personnel, pas de réponse au message de check-out.

A localização do apartamento é boa, perto da praia da Califórnia. No entanto, a subida é um pouco ingreme e pode custar mais para pessoas com maiores dificuldades. A vista do apartamento é incrível. A cozinha está muito bem equipada. Tem estacionamento/garagem privada para dois carros. O apartamento é espaçoso e sossegado. A piscina é grande e com bonita paisagem. Permite animais de estimação .

Nota-se alguma deterioração no apartamento, nota-se que não verificam as condições do movies/decoração existente. Os moveis da varanda estão todos estragados, as cadeiras da mesa de sala todas em mau estado e a banheira de hidromassagem não funciona, nem tampa tem. Nota-se que em termos de condomínio também não funciona muito bem, ginasio e sala de jogos toda deteriorada, sem qualquer segurança. O preço pago pela estadia requer muito mais cuidado por parte dos seus donos, nota-se desleixo. Ou seja a qualidade preço não é de todo a melhor.

However, we found numerous discrepancies between the property's profile on Booking.com and the actual amenities provided. We specifically chose this property for the tumble dryer, spa bath, hot tub, and infinity pool, which are crucial for us, especially with a young family. The absence of these amenities has significantly impacted our stay. Despite our efforts to communicate with the host regarding these issues, we found them evasive and uncooperative. It seems unjust that a host can falsely advertise amenities and escape accountability.

The apartment is very good, there is a nice view, nice pool and it is silent in the night.

The location leaves something to be desired. There are stairs to get to the beach. It is advisable to use the car to get to the beach, especially if you have elderly people or people with reduced mobility with you.

Fabulous view and good sized balcony from which to enjoy it. Spacious lounge and master bedroom and has some smart pieces in it. Sesimbra is beautiful - and this is a great location from which to take it all in.

Sadly, the details don't match the view. Fundamental things we needed didn't work properly - the main toilet, the heating (/aircon), bulbs had blown, batteries were flat, some cupboard doors fall shut. No instructions, no local knowledge - no nice touches. And this is a modern flat with wifi, yet the password is withheld? Yes, it is lovely, but it could be so much more...
