Willkommen in Anna Maria Island, einem Paradies ohne Einstellung. Unsere ebenerdig neu renovierte Unterkunft befindet sich im Dorf Anna Maria in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom zuckerweißen Sandstrand entfernt. Kostenlose Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, die beiden Fischerhäfen und das Gemeindezentrum der Insel sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.
Viele lokale Konzerte, Festivals, Kunst- und Kunsthandwerksvorführungen und Feuerwerke je nach Jahreszeit Ihres Besuchs.

Issues with navy blue pillow cases has stains from some one sleeping on them before us. I was able to wash and use them. The second issue was the deputies and parking. On our first stay we got a 50 dollar ticket parking on Fern St. there are no clear signs to not park on a paved surface.

We had an amazing experience. We loved the house. It was super clean and it had everything you needed. It was only a block away from the beach and very close to all the restaurants. I will stay there every time that I go visit Anna Maria Island. I also recommend it to all family and friends. I'm a customer for life. Thank you.

Loved the location, really close to shops and restaurants. A few minor things that needed to be fixed and already communicated that to the person. She was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Thank you!

This place was very clean. Check in and out was smooth. Property manager was easy to communicate with, if anything was ever needed. Ideal place for a couple, or 2 couples if you don't mind the limited common space and sharing a bathroom It's right in the heart of AMI with walking distance to everything you'd need. We grabbed some beverages from the local convenient store a block away and ate out for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Believe the VRBO listed the property as having a "Coin Laundry", not sure if that's just referring to nearby Laundromats, but there is full size washer/dryer out on back patio closet - which seems like quite efficient use of space. Soaps, trash bags, towels (beach and bath), well stocked kitchen - even coffee filters for the coffee, which was nice!
I did have one small issue, if you call it that... The washer on the outside hose faucet needs to be repaired fixed as it made water spray everywhere when trying to rinse off.
For the price point, this place is hard to beat! The title of the unit is accurate. We'd definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a fantastic week at this wonderful house! It’s very clean and decorated so nicely. I love the attention to detail! We felt so at home, slept so well, and enjoyed every aspect of this home. The backyard was great for our pups! The patio was a wonderful place to sit and drink tea in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine before heading out to grab dinner at one of the local restaurants. We didn’t need to use our car the entire week! If you want to cook at home, everything you need as far as dishes, glasses, pots, and pans are there to use. You are a walk away from everything from shopping, restaurants, to the beach! Super quick walk to the beach! Cindy supplies everything you need from noodles to umbrellas to chairs and you can put it all in the wonderful wagon to take to the beach! (which makes life much easier! My husband and I used to carry our stuff in the past! )I honestly can’t say enough nice things about our stay! I’ll end this in saying we have stayed in other places on the island but Cindy‘s house stands out as one of the best! Stop scrolling and book your vacation now! :) Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The owner has thought of everything and has everything you need for your stay. The place was clean, cool, and comfortable. Located in the hub of everything from beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved our weekend stay and would stay again if traveling to Anna Maria island.

Our small family stayed in this delightful cottage for a week and loved it. It is conveniently located, has a nice private back yard, a wonderful screened in porch in the back. The porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a late afternoon drink. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathroom is newly updated and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing in the reclining sofa. I would definitely recommend this cute, cozy cottage and would stay here again. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had.

We started day one with an early morning walk down to the bay for sunrise. We loved the location and adorable cottage with everything we needed. Such a cute little porch for coffee, a beach cart to fill up for the walk to the beach. Close to Ginny & Jane's, Mademoiselle for coffee and walk to Harry's for a delicious dinner. We got right in with no wait vs an hour ++ at several others. I use green products and don't like fragrances so the only downfall was the strong fabric softener and chemicals. If you have allergies or are like me this was very noticeable.

This one of the cleanest, most homey, and reasonably priced rentals we've ever visited on Anna Maria Island--or anywhere else, for that matter. The cottage is nicely located near the beaches, the Anna Maria city pier, and a variety of top-notch restaurants. Our dog, Rosie, enjoyed the large, fenced-in backyard. A great stay all around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s Anna Maria cottage (duplex). It is like staying at a friend’s house, has all the essentials and more (beach supplies, towels, coffee, etc). The back yard and small screened porch are lovely. We rented bikes around the corner and never used the car in the time there. Everything is walking or biking distance. We prefer this type of cottage (feels like a local’s house) over all the new behemoth luxury houses being built.

Had a great stay, was only there for 2 nights, wish we could have stayed more. Home very clean, stocked with everything you would need. Great location, short walk to beach, pier and many places to eat. Free trolley stop is down the block and a great way to get around the island. Hoping to come back and stay again.

The best location with all the beach supplies you could need. There’s a washer and dryer and a dishwasher! A nice screened in porch and pretty big backyard. You are SO close to the beach and sandbar restaurant. Would highly recommend this place. Great communication and flexibility. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!!

This was a relaxing time for us. The house has everything you could want. The yard and interior of the house are well kept. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance (The Waterfront Restaurant). We are elderly,so we drove. I would stay here again. Susan

I was bitten by a spider in the middle of the night while in my sleep on May 27th, 2024. Due to severe pain and fatigue I spent the Memorial Day in pain.
Had to go to the Urgent Care in the afternoon to get examined and get medications.
Emailed to the Owner / Manager asking to call me but the request was ignored.
Considering the accident happened inside the property I request a refund.

This charming 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast spots and dinner restaurants. Close to the beach one direction and city pier the other. It is well stocked with all you would need and exceptionally clean. The screened porch in back with solar lighting in the back yard is ideal for your evening glass of wine! Definitely recommend!

This adorable little cottage is perfectly located! We could walk to restaurants, the beach and the free trolley. It was quiet and serene! The house was so clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked! Cindy was a fantastic host! Thank you for helping make our reunion for our 35th anniversary as friends such a special experience. We were lucky enough to find this home in the heart of everywhere we needed to be. Wedding was at The Sandbar… 7 minute walk. Cindy’s house was spotless and thank god had enough coffee for us the first morning. Plenty of towels too! Very nice. Thank you for being exactly as promissed.

The cottage is cozy and private even though it is a duplex. It is separated from the other unit. The furniture is comfortable and ao are the beds. Almost everything you would need immediately (condiments, soaps, coffee, etc) are there. The back yard is private and well furnished for relaxing. It is within walking distance to bay and beach, aa well aa shopping and eating out

We had a great few days on Anna Maria Island Fla, the home was in a fabulous location walking distance to beautiful stores, restaurants, coffee shops and beach. This home was extremely clean and had every amenity you might need. Our two senior dogs were welcomed and had a safe enclosed yard to explore. We hope to come back again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was only a few blocks from the beach and the cottage was exceptionally clean and charmingly decorated. Cindy is a great host and provided excellent communication with us. We look forward to staying here again!

This house was perfect! We had two in our party, but it could easily accommodate 4. Two blocks to the Gulf and a few blocks to the Bay. The house was decorated so nicely and extremely clean. Lots of little shops and places to eat within walking distance. The host kindly offered us early check in. I highly recommend this rental, and if I get the chance to come back to the area I would absolutely rent this home again!

This is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. Super clean and has everything you need for your stay. Having the washer and dryer is really handy. The back yard is cute space and nice spot for your morning coffee. It's a short walk to beach and there plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. This was our second visit. Great location, beautiful sunrises over the bay and gorgeous sunsets over the gulf, both within walking distance. Very nice, clean and well kept cottage. Thank you Cindy. We will be back.

The property was exactly as described in listing. There was a new container of ground coffee waiting for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated and heaps of travel size toiletries which we did not use but would be great if you forgot something.
Communication with host was great and the stay was fabulous, the house is close to everything. Would highly recommend.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing long weekend. Weather was beautiful and we leave just on time before the storm. Hopefully not damages after because it’s one of my favorite spots.
