This property was perfect for our group and the security behind locked gates for our 2 boats and 3 cars was perfect, as was the close location to the launching ramp.
The layout of the house was extremely good, with the exception of the 3rd bedroom which could have offered a bit more in the way of furniture and amenities.
I can’t speak more highly of the interaction between Shaun and ourselves, and apart from a few small things, I can highly recommend this place.

Shaun was a great host.He was very informative and thoughtful. The place was absolutely perfect for us. Our fur babies loved the fully fenced yard to run around in. The bird life was awesome. A little family of Willy wagtails kept us entertained. The location was awesome in regards to access to the golf courses we wanted to play and very handy to Lake Mulwala and Yarrawonga. The bed and lounges were very comfy and the property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back

Shaun's property was simple and no fuss, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and would easily accomdate more. His communication was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

For the price I think bedding and towels should be provided. Otherwise a great property to stay.

Neat, clean and spacious pet friendly property, with all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay. Within close proximity of the lake and a short drive from the main shopping and restaurant precinct. Property manager provided prompt and clear communication and easy to follow instructions. We felt very welcome and look forward to coming back.

Home away from home!!
This home is beautiful!! Open space living, plenty of parking for our cars and boats + a pergola we stored the boats under due to the rain! The boat ramp is just a minute down the road and only a 5 minute drive into town, we will definitely be rebooking again! The hosts were lovely! So glad we found this place! 5 stars!!

Tucked away, spacious and private
Lots of off-road parking in the large driveway. Open spacious inside with ample kitchen utensils and room to move and relax. Felt like a home away from home.

unfortunately this time my family could not stay this time
and had to cancel booking with very late notice due to seriously
ill family member and owner was very understanding and gave full refund .this place is clean and in a great location in this price range you will not find better with plenty of parking for cars and boats love the remote gates will be back

beautiful spacious home . great set up for a large family group
We enjoyed our weekend at this home. I could not locate some tea towels , there needs to be some cleaning completed in the main rooms on the cornice. However, this did not effect our visit. everything else was at a good standard.

We went during a heatwave and were able to beat the heat in this lovely house. Nice air conditioning!! The kids loved the Dr. Seuss board games and had fun lapping the open living space and hall.

Short stay
It was really easy to organise and liaise with the owner. It was perfect for a short stay with a number of people. Lots of space. It was particularly great to be able to take our dogs. Thanks.

Fantastic place for a family to stay!
We had such a great time staying here. Pet friendly, our dog came on his first holiday and was safe and sound here. So close to the lake and only a short trip into town. The house as so clean and had all the facilities we needed. The owner provided us with comprehensive information to assist us navigate the house and advice on what we could do in the local area. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Warm and animal friendly
We had a very pleasant stay in a lovely house. The house has a very good heating system which came in handy on a couple of cold days. The house is situated close to the lake and the rest of the shopping precinct.

Tidy, Clean, Accommodating House
Stayed here for 4 nights with another family and we enjoyed everything about this house. Had all you need for an enjoyable time away. Accommodating for kids and adults. House was very clean and tidy. Great location with a walk down to the river.
