Very comfortable. Just as pictured. Glorious weather. Small but very efficient kitchen- no wasted steps, we cooked most of our meals. Only a few steps to the pool and hot tub. Good snorkeling right in front of the unit. Less than five minute walk to a restaurant and also a ferry to Camana Bay. Peaceful and quiet. We definitely recommend this condo.

This beach/pool side condo provided the exact atmosphere we hoped to experience on Grand Cayman Island. It was so peaceful with lots of loungers outside to relax by the ocean or pool. It was walking distance from a great cafe and restaurant. The lanai was a great space to enjoy the warm of the evening and during our meals. The pool shower and outdoor condo shower was great to minimize the sand entering the condo. The beds were super comfortable. We all slept so well. It was a great space for our family of 4. Lola was very responsive to any questions.

Spents 8 days here over Christmas. Our family of 5 was in need of some rest and relaxation - this property delivered. Very quiet and comfortable location, comfy accommodations inside and tranquil beach out the patio door with star fish. The hot tub was used regularly. Very short walk to Kaibo for eats and drinks. Piers are two minutes away for water taxi and excursion trips. Short walk to Rum Point, not much was open as they are still repairing from Hurricane Ian. Utilized Grisholms Grocery for delivery as we did not rent a car. We had a most wonderful time and will likely return to the island. Lola is very accomodating, and very well connected around the Island. Wonderful person to her core. Wonderful Island Vacation

A very comfortable condo with a lot of space for two couples. Located at Kaibo with very good facilities. A very relaxing place to stay away from the Seven Mile beach crowds. Lola was a very responsive and attentive host.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaibo Phase 1. Lola was very easy to work with and answered our calls and questions promptly. The location of this unit is excellent: ground floor, right on the beach, and close to the pool. If you want a quiet, away from the crowds, experience, this is the place for you. The view from the porch is beautiful and unobstructed. An excellent pool and hot tub are steps away. The Kaibo Restaurant, next door, and nearby Rum Point are excellent places to hang out for drinks and dining. Everything else is miles away. There are snorkeling and other water activities locally but the vast majority launch from the western side of the island, so your choices are limited. Drive time to the airport, downtown areas, 7 mile beach is 45 minutes, minimum. This is not the place to stay for a first time visitor to the island. The owner was very responsive and accessible; far better than most anywhere. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and well furnished but is showing its age. The dishwasher needs replacing, as even a large dinner plate will block the spinner, which is poorly designed and located. The door to the washer/dryer falls off its rails and the dryer control knob falls off with every use. The ice maker is very slow but ice trays are there to supplement. Dishes and glasses are fine but pots and pans, especially for frying, are of low quality. Knives are cheap and very dull. This is a common issue with condos and I usually bring a small knife sharpener with me, but forgot this time. I don’t know why owners never provide a small, cheap knife sharpener, which easily sharpens low quality knives. Along with its small size, this kitchen is not designed for people that like to cook. The single TV requires three remotes to operate and takes a while to figure out, as there are no instructions in the unit. Channel choices are very limited and popular stations, like Fox News, are not available. Netflix is available. Overall, despite its shortcomings, this condo is a good value for its price and I do recommend it. Lola is an excellent owner and sincerely interested in providing a good experience for her renters.

The condo was perfect for our group of two couples. The location couldn’t have been better. The pool and hot tub were steps away from the lanai. We loved Kaibo and really enjoyed walking to Rum Point. Our host was very responsive and kept in touch throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!!!

FANTASTIC CONDO! Great location. Sun rise and starfish everywhere right out the patio door. Really nice hot tub and pool. Had all the amities you need. Easy mile drive or walk to rum point (a must) and 1/4 mile to starfish point but right beside the kaibo yacht club with excellent food and coffee. The host was very responsive to my tedious questions! If you want still a beautiful place but not in the hustle and bustle of 7 mile this is the place! Would DEFIANTLY stay here again.

Perfection when it Comes to a 2 bedroom rental. 50 ft from the ocean, ocean view, beachfront as it gets! This condo has everything! Everything you need from kitchen supplies to shower supplies. Having all these extra supplies in the condo saves you so much money. The pics show one room as having twin beds but when we got there we had a queen and a full bed. It’s exactly what we needed. It even had Apple TV !!!! The screened in back porch was amazing in the evenings with keeping the mosquitoes out! This condo couldn’t be more perfect for two couples to share or a small family to enjoy.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this AMAZING condo. Right on the beach, down from Starfish Point (we regularly saw 5-6 starfish right on our beach), 5 minute walk to Kaibo Beach Club. 5 minutes by car to Rum Point. The condo itself was perfect! Decorated beautifully, tons of towels, everything you would need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook your own dinner. Lola, the owner, was terrific! I can't say enough about her and how wonderful our stay was. Thank you so much for such a great trip to Grand Cayman!!!

This is such a peaceful place, so tranquil and wonderful for relaxing. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable . Lots of products and spare towels, even a hair dryer...we didn’t want for anything! Lola was very attentive and there for us if ever we needed her. If you’re looking for peace and tranquillity in a lovely setting then try this condo you won’t be disappointed !

Amazing! Great location. The beach is feed away from the back door. Right next to Kaibo. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Right next to the pool and hot tub. Our host, Lola was kind, responsive, and happy to help. She helped us have a great vacation.

We recently stayed in this condo and it was fantastic. The condo was in great shape, the beach is wonderful, and the amenities and detail were great (hot tub, soap, laundry!, towels, shampoo, tin foil, etc.) We didn't need to run out for any little knick knack type stuff that is so common. When we arrived, we went to make mud slide drinks and the blender wasn't working. Quick VRBO message to Lola and she ran one out to us promptly. We recommend!

This was one of the nicest (if not the nicest) condos I have ever stayed in! Very clean, has almost anything you could want! Beautiful views of the bay and close to Kaibo Yacht Club and Rum Point. We stayed here with my parents and our nearly 2-year old daughter and can’t wait to come back!

We just spent a week here and it was paradise! The condo has everything you need and is super cute. It’s cozy but our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) had plenty of room. The area is perfect...walk to the beach bar or for an coffee. We snorkeled and fished right off the beach. Pool and hot tub were a nice perk. Book this place you won’t regret it!

Our condo was beyond expectations. Amazing amenities. Right on beach under palm trees. Kaibo Yacht Club right on beach entertained all of us of all ages. Lots of yard games, picnic tables, hammocks. New Yesrs Eve fireworks, music and dancing. Weather perfect. Definitely recommend this location and property. Lola was most responsive to any questions we had for planning. Perfect!!!

Cute condo right on the beach in Rum Point. Right next to the swimming pool & hot tub. Short walk to the the Kaibo restaurant. Many starfish on the beach. Owner was attentive and easy to reach during our stay. Great experience.

My husband and I spent 4 lovely nights in Lola's gorgeous condo on the North Side of Grand Cayman island at the beginning of April. The condo is *perfect*. This condo is stocked with absolutely everything that you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. PROS: The master bedroom has the most comfy bed in the most pleasantly decorated room!! We sank gratefully into it each night, and slept like rocks. It also has sliding glass doors leading out to the amazing screened-in porch, with a perfect ocean view. Lola has thoughtfully supplied the master bath (and secondary bathroom) with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. Additionally, the linen closet is PACKED with towels. This is no exaggeration - towel upon towel upon towel More than my husband and I could ever use, and probably even more than a family of 4 could hope to use. The linen closet also holds several large beach towels, and 2 coolers for you to pack up your lunch and take to one of the nearby beaches. The kitchen has E V E R Y T H I N G that you need. We did not find one missing piece of cooking equipment that we needed. There are loads of dishes, glassware, kitchen towels - you name it, this condo has it. And the freezer makes ice cubes very very quickly, which was a bonus for us, as we drink a lot of iced drinks :) The condo decor is delightful, and the living room area is large and comfy. A large couch, love seat, tables, a great big TV with terrific reception, and again - a sliding glass door that leads out onto the fabulous screened in porch. There is another bedroom and bathroom that we clearly didn't use, as it was just the 2 of us. That bathroom had the same amenities as the master and the 2nd bedroom had a queen size bed and 2 large closets. We didn't sleep on that bed, so I can't speak to its comfortably. The screened in porch is amazing! You basically step out from this porch onto the beach and are literally STEPS from the ocean, which by the way had a minimum of 10 starfish at any given time. The bay would be perfect for families with small children, as the water is shallow and very calm. CONS: Not many and they don't effect our overall review. The heat could have been higher on the water - the showers were lukewarm. The air conditioning is ICE cold - good for some but for me, it was too cold. That is a personal preference. Stay at this condo! We promise that you will not regret it.

This place is perfect if you want tranquility and convenience of an oceanfront getaway. This unit is perfectly located—steps from the pool and beach! The beautiful screened in porch has its own access to beach/pool area with your own outdoor shower. I highly recommend this if you have small children and want easy! The space is fairly small, but works fine. The host was very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly! Easy walk to Starfish Point and lots of fun right in beach by unit to find hermit crabs, fish, stingray, etc. Definitely do the bio-bay that’s close by with a guided tour! It was amazing and very educational! We will miss this wonderful place!

We stayed at Lola’s condo for 3 weeks. It was absolutely perfect!. The condo is right on the beach, very nice decorated and fully stocked. Lola picked us from the airport and took us to the supermarket for grocerys. We will for sure come back. Top notch condo! Excelent guest Service from Lola Superb area!! Best place in Rum Point!!!

Ms. Nunez' home is beautiful and she is a very attentive owner. The condo is a few steps from the pool area, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The bed, linens, furniture is comfortable and bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. The only item missing was a can opener, although there are bottle openers and sufficient kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. It was a short walk to the Kaibo for dinner and drinks. We loved our stay and would be happy to rent this place again in the future!
