Nicely maintained hotel near the NCLEX testing center. There was an issue after I checked into my room and the front desk immediately put me in another room no questions asked. Breakfast was good with an omelette, sausage and coffee and the fitness center is clean and more than adequate. Free parking. Nice linens, newer carpet, decent air flow in rooms and hot shower with good water pressure and pleasant smelling bath products. Thank you!

Really liked the breakfasts made, because they had everything I liked to eat and it tasted great. So, helpful to be able to start my day without any fuss, have a good hot meal and in a friendly environment. An then to go to a family members High School graduation party in Brooklyn Park. Excellent, Friendly and Very Professional staff.

Getting a call from the front desk staff at 3:20am. To say they don’t have my credit card on file and asking what room I was in. Pissed that I was awaken out of my sleep then made me feel unsafe being a woman. That this guy was calling my personal cell inquiring about my card number and the room I was in because he was not sure of the room I was in. Asked if I could come down to the front desk. I did very pissed off not thinking until it was time to get back on the elevator. I noticed two men standing acting to be taking pictures of themselves. I felt unsafe being women are coming up missing. But because I don’t go too many places without my best friend. I took my safety off and let them see me do it. They walked away from me. Thinking about it as I entered my room. I did not sleep. Not knowing if someone was going to try and enter my room. Drove home half sleep due to not having any.

Pool was very cold!!! The staff at the front desk was not polite and seemed very inconvenienced to even have to check me in or out. The lady at breakfast in the morning was very rude!!! Was not any help when asked for something and then walked away to chat with lady at front desk about personal things. When I brought my child to breakfast she again wasn't friendly and scolded my child for not wearing shoes while there was an entire table of people not wearing shoes.

It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.

Suggestion for improvement (not a complaint): A kind of "expresso" coffee machine would be awesome... as a european, I appreciate smaller cups of coffee with a bit stronger taste.
