Beautiful accomodation, rooms and shared spaces. Exceptional location within walking distance to the old town, beaches and restaurants. Superb hospitality by Marinella and the team - very helpful and made for a lovely stay!

Melania, Manila and Marinella are the kindest and loveliest hosts, they were so welcoming and friendly!
The room was quiet, spacious, clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with just about anything you could want on offer. The terrace at the top is a must for incredible views over the city and sea. Only a short walk to the beach or old town. Off-site parking only but they will arrange the permits for you and easy to find parking nearby. Have recommended Palazzo Marzo to all our friends and family!

Located a short walk from the beach and the old town. The staff were attentive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. With the help of staff we were able to find free parking close to the BnB. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The excellent air conditioning was a welcome relief during our July stay.

It is the best location possible in Otranto. The bonus is that the owner (Marinella) even organises parking for you only 300 metres from the B and B and actually takes you there and walks you back. Your room
Is spotless and very pleasant with lots of verandahs and a roof top with great views of the sea. Crazy to stay anywhere else!! The level of service and just great help and friendliness from Marinella, Manila and Melanoa was fantastic. It truly was just like being home- but with a better breakfast!

Fantastic location, very close to beach and old town. Spacious, well appointed rooms and amazing rooftop terrace. Very friendly staff. Beautiful old and authentic building. Aircon was great for hot evenings.

Great location and space! Host was also very responsive, adapting the breakfast menu into English when she saw a few English speakers struggling. Otranto is not a big tourist destination for Americans so we appreciate the accommodation! And a very spacious set of rooms!

A beautifully designed, friendly oasis moments from Otranto old town and Otranto’s beaches. My room was very clean, cool, and nicely finished. I was due to stay only one night but elected to stay for a second night after I walked in the door.

The B & B was adorable. it was furnished beautifully. The breakfast was wonderful with so many things to choose from.
Marybella was very helpful with all of our needs.
The only thing that was not acceptable was the bed which was much too hard for our liking.
Otranto is a beautiful seaside town.

Breakfast was great, solid continental/Italian menu. Facilities are good, the double en-suite was a great size. Location is the best part, 2 min walk to the Otranto old town. Marinella was a very responsive and helpful host.

Massimo was very helpful and gracious. The palazzo is beautiful and well placed within the old city.
The palazzo is lovely but a little uncomfortable for older people, one of whom walks with a cane. We could not reach anyone to say we were coming earlier than expected and much of the town was shut down over shoulder season (2nd week of November).
