Considerando il prezzo paragonabile a un hotel, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio. Es. camera "normale", non vista bagno con piastrelle da garage anziché pavimento..

J'étais dans un dortoir de 3 lits, dont 1 double. Séparations entre les lits par des cloisons en dur, pas de lits superposés, matelas épais et très confortables. Le WC est séparé de la douche. Il y a de l'eau chaude. Les espaces communs sont très jolis, avec de nombreux canapés et fauteuils. Les personnes de l'accueil sont agréables, avec une mention spéciale pour le jeune homme, très aidant. L'environnement proche n'est pas extraordinaire, mais il y a une laverie juste à côté et quelques restaurants. Les rues plus jolies et animées sont accessibles en 15 mn de marche.

La seule raison pour laquelle je ne mets pas 10 est que tous les soirs, entre 22h30 et 2h du matin, on entend et ressent (vibrations) de la musique d'un bâtiment (resto ?) voisin. Les bouchons d'oreilles ne suffisent pas. Dommage.

-Kind security guard, friendly when he escorted us to cash terminal and helped with the awful WiFi situation.

-We checked in after 11 therefore had to pay for the receptionist to let us in, this should be mentioned before booking as we would have stayed elsewhere to avoid this charge. Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist over message and in person, despite having to pay for the extra time, the check in also took a ridiculous amount of time, she seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Also, there is a security guard on site, so surely they could have let us in, such a scam, seems they try to get money wherever they can. -No loo roll in toilets. Soap dispensers also do not work. -No soap in rooms for sink. -They charge to rent towels. -No warning of a MY 50 key deposit which can only be paid in cash, when checking in late after a long 13 hr travel day (delayed bus due to traffic) they escorted us to a cash point so we could get the cash out. Any other hostel would waive this or take a card as precaution. Just not a friendly, helpful or reasonable approach. -WiFi rubbish in the rooms. Thankfully the security guard helped us get on another network so we could get a little bit of signal. -There is a horrible pebble floor in room which is painful to walk on as shoes not allowed, perhaps slippers should be provided. -Noticed the fire door near our room was padlocked shut… seems safe? -Fireworks at 1.25pm, I know this isn’t the hostels fault but they should make guests aware in description before people chose to book with them. I assume they were from the night club behind which plays music SO loud until much later than this! They provided little foam earbuds but this isn’t much of a solution to someone who can’t use them. If we were aware we would have stayed elsewhere. -On check in there was no mention of returning the blanket to get our KEY deposit back, we we’re rushing to leave to catch transport and they would not return the deposit until we go back to room and get the blanket. Typically we were in the furthest room from reception.

L’hostel est situé juste à côté d’une boîte de nuit il est donc impossible de dormir, personnel pas très accueillant.

Close to nightmarked, old town and mall.

My room was flooded when I arrived and I was told the leak couldnt be fixed until the next day. With no shelves or furniture, I had to put all my stuff in the bed. I was just given a mopp (!) and had to ask for a bucket and a towel. Fortunately a maintenance person came in the evening, but it became late before he was done. I was not given any compensation for the inconvenience. Also, the music from the neighbouring nightclub was louder than usual.

location was great , easy walk to old town etc. spacious common areas , clean bathroom facilities, kitchen area , i particularly liked that the beds weren’t pods so they were more spacious above you and bright but still had a curtain, laundry services just next door too

lockers would have been nice but the hostel is secure with keys and codes etc. as other reviews will say too it can be noisy at night due to a nightclub nearby

Loved this hostel so much! Wish I could have stayed longer! Do not hesitate to go there. The place was exceptionally clean. The bathroom area is super nice, and the showers are just wow! The hostel is so cozy, especially the living room area. The dorm is absolutely fantastic! The location is great too. It is just a short walk from Old Town. If you're coming from the train station, a local bus can drop very close to the hostel. There are plenty of local restaurants (And a mall) all around the hostel. The reception staff can provide information on things to do and places to eat. The owner was so nice too, he loves people, loves getting to know his guests. Talk to him, he knows everything about his city! Fully equiped kitchen with water refill station 🥰

The wifi is not the strongest, especially in the dorm, so you might have to use your data at times.

Beds, bathroom, location and staff were good.

Not all curtains were sufficiently long to close the bedroom entirely. So there was a narrow strip without privacy.
