location is good.

we arrived and checked in at 18.00. Left the hotel for dinner and came back around 21.00. When we came back to the hotel room, there was no running water in bathroom and toilet. We asked the receptionist and she said government is doing water contruction. She knew the problem but did not mention it to us when we arrived, or came back from dinner. She called someone and gave us an answer that maybe midnight we will have running water. We checked from Greek websites and noticed they informed 2 days beforehand about the water outage. This means the hotel knew but did not inform their guests. We could not use the toilet, take shower or anything related to water. We had water again at 4AM the next day. Also the sewer had bad smell throughout the night.

There are no proper windows in the room. There are only two fanlights (approx. 50 cm x 20 cm) which lie just a couple of inches above the floor. No view outside is possible. This hotel is not suitable for people suffering from claustrophobia.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large with all wall made from glass (with blinds). Fake news with absence of the window.

There is a window, but very, very small. If you had eyes at knee level you could see the sea. ☺️

very difficult not to get water all over bathroom floor with no shower door. wonky windows. but for the price cannot complain.

The hotel is in a historic beautiful building. I made the booking late-late evening, arrived around midnight and the personal was able to immediately give me the keys. The room itself was super! Also I've got a breakfast in the on-site restaurant which was nice.

Mainly the location.

We knew that the “Superior Loft Room” we booked would have no balcony. However we were extremely disappointed by the fact that IT DIDN’T HAVE A WINDOW either, apart from a small skylight and a tiny, low window. It felt like a box with no openings! This was not clear at all in the description on the site and definitely not what you expect from a “luxury room”. Plus on both nights we stayed there was a lot of noise coming from the restaurant below where a show with live music took place.

Very good location, nice restaurant nearby, very nice Promenada to enjoy a walk. The bed was comfortable and service was very good.

You could hear through the walls, the rooms from the last floor had just a small window that you could open. The bathrooms very modern and nice for couples but they need a maintenance. Overall a nice hotel.
