Almost everything. Location, equipment (bathroom, kitchen), cleanliness, big tarrace with a stunning view.

On the day of our arrival there was lack of hot water because of lack of water pressure, so taking shower was very difficult. Fortunately next days were better, but still sometimes there was some issues with pressure. Also during windy days on hallway there was element in the air vent (we had apartment on the last 6th floor) that caused lot of noise that was audible in the apartment (especially irritating during night).

Excellent location! Close to the main hills and trails of the national park. Very cosy nice to have you own pool. Joan was an excellent host, very helpful a few times when we got lost :) Thank you

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, near many interesting points. Our host, Jose, was accommodating and informative.

Location and the convenience of the garage

Small, the problem with the water! Might be a problem because of construction in downtown but it was low pressure and sometimes no water. The drain in the shower was clogged and when we use the washing machine first time the bathroom got flooded. The owner came and fixed the problem.

Host Jose, met us on our arrival, briefed us with all the info we needed to know for our visit. We had a 3 night stay, no need to use the rental car, everything was walking distance.

Nothing to complain on our stay. Maybe an umbrella on the terrace would be useful, since the sun is shinning in the afternoon. Not a huge inconvenience, tough.
