Exceptional in all aspects. Staff was efficient and customer friendly. Very helpful. Dinner Buffet and drinks were extraordinary. Breakfast very good also. I was very impressed that the Hotel Manager walked through the dining area at dinner and breakfast to make sure the quality was good and guests were satisfied. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Just a great experience. Will definitely return. Would rate hotel a 10 out of 10 in all respects. Thank you.

Breakfast and kick back were amazing. Rooms were large and clean.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool was too cold for an indoor pool. Our stay was solely to swim and would have been nice to actually want to get in but it was too chilly.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet air conditioning. Nice option to have meals and beverages included. Especially travelling with a dog.

The only thing I have to mention is that the pet fee is $50USD that's $70 CDN. A lot for a one-night stay. Other major chains charge $25. If we travel with our dog again we would not stay here. Travelling without I absolutely would.

when I told friends and family we were staying at the Drury Inn, they all had the same reaction. “I love that hotel!” I have to agree with them, this is a great hotel from cleanliness, staff and the complimentary dinner, drinks and breakfast. the pool and hot tub were amazing. we will definitely be back!!

Staff nice hotel

Bedbugs in my daughter's first room 211. In the middle of the night she had to get another room the bugs crawling on her face and the bed.

The staff is great, the selection of food was good. I appreciate Drury Inn and will stay again.

The pool area is way too small to accommodate a full hotel. There were way too many kids jumping and running around while parents sat in the corner that my own kids couldn’t enjoy the pool. My son is autistic so loud noises are difficult for him. People would not share the hot tub, they just sat in it, unwilling to move over or get out, to the point that they sat on the steps to enter and wouldn’t move. I realize this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, but people suck and ruin a lot of things for other people. Even going back at a later time proved to not be beneficial as the same people were still in the facility, their trash and food scattered everywhere.
