The location is great and, maybe because it was low season, there were very few people in the building. The view fom the bed is what made me book this apartment and it was worth it. We liked the possibility of using Netfix as the Spanish channels (the only ones available) are weak. It was warm in the apartment although the tempertures outside were low at the time. The building, comparing to others in Benidorm, was not so bad. There are six apartments next to one another on each level with four lifts stopping at every second floor.

The cleanliness was the thing to improve, especially the bed. Three of the sheets were dirty, like if someone else had been sleeping in them beforehand :-( No dishwasher and some of the dishes and glasses were dirty. The entrance door was hard to close and made some noise and discomfort. The apartment is quite low and you may feel like in a cage... One of us had to wait at the exit gate to leave it open till the other leaves the keys on the 18th floor and comes back downstairs again. There should be some way to open the gate from inside...

A lovely apartment with everything you need and in a fabulous location with an amazing view. Communication from Toni (the owner) was first class and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect location right on the beach and a short walk to the strip if that’s what you’re interested in. View was just stunning, we loved the apartment overall. The apartment was empty the night before so our host was kind enough to let us check in as soon as we arrived which got our stay off to a great start.

Bed was a little small so one of us had to take that and the other two on the sofa bed, could have done with more pillows and towels for the duration of the stay. We wouldn’t have gone to the pool anyway but there weren’t any loungers round the pool and doesn’t look like it would be wide enough around the edge to comfortably fit them either to be honest.

Fantastic location with free parking. Great facilities within the apartment and amazing views. We appreciated the bottle of Cava and chocolates. Thank you so much

Warm welcome by host and helpful. Got car parked and host met us.fab location lovely apartment all as expected. Welcome snack and bottle of wine and water there. Beautiful view of the seafront and coastline. Good facilities including TV, iron and board, shower gels. Great shower. Nice kitchen Aircon.

Lift in the block very slow and no light

An excellent positioned, well appointed apartment right on the sea front at Levante Beach. 3 minutes walk from all the famous bars and the “Strip”. But also, amazingly quiet at night, though occasionally in late afternoon with the front windows wide open you could hear a little noise from the beach area, but it really isn’t an issue, being part of the atmosphere of Benidorm even when you are chilling or preparing for the evening out. And most importantly, the View, what a View. I’ve been lucky to spend my life living with sea views but this one is amazing. We left the windows open day and night and enjoyed waking to it and breathing the warm air in throughout the whole holiday. The building is safe to do this in too.

The lifts are small, and in this day and age are difficult to share with strangers, so you occasionally have to wait a minute or two. Again nothing to worry about

We stayed here for a long weekend in November. The apartment was fantastic with the most spectacular views!!! It was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Also the little extras provided by the host made it even more special. I will 100% be booking, if available to return to this apartment!! I didnt want to leave!!!

A beautiful modern apartment, with stunning views, located perfectly for the new town and the Old Town. Off road and secure parking in the apartment complex. The apartment owner was very helpful and communicated with us prior to arrival and met us on site. Very highly recommended.

Comfortable bed. Sea views were stunning and the waves ebbing and flowing rocked me into a deep sleep. Flat had a superb shower, washing machine, TV, good WiFi. The location could not have been better. Concierge service too.

What a fantastic wee gem this is. Stunning sea view, right on Benidorm Levante Beach, huge free parking area, outdoor pool, well equipped flat that sleeps 4 and in the heart of Benidorm's tourist area. The host was exceptional with first class communication when making finer arrangements. Will I go back? In a heartbeat. Missing it already. Loved everything about it.
