Charming Beach Home Away from Home! Just a short walk to our neighborhood beach!
Genießen Sie den Komfort von zu Hause in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes! Dieses Strandhaus in der 8. Reihe ist nur eine Meile von den beliebten Hotspots des Coligny Plaza und der Tiki Hut entfernt (mit Beachvolleyballplätzen am Meer, täglicher Live-Musik und regelmäßig stattfindenden Gelegenheiten, um die Nacht im Sand unter den Sternen zu tanzen).
Andere Dinge zu beachten: Keine Sorge, hier mit Schlüsseln Schritt zu halten! Sie erhalten bei der Ankunft einen Zugangscode für die Sicherheits-Tastatur an der Tür. Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Flachbild-TV mit Hunderten von TV-Kanälen.
Viele unserer Gäste haben es als angenehm empfunden, dass unser Haus (im Erdgeschoss verteilt) für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich ist und eine begehbare Dusche in einem der Badezimmer hat (d. H. Keine Badewanne zum Übertreten).
Schließlich genießen Sie auch kostenloses WLAN im ganzen Haus während Ihres Aufenthalts. Es gibt auch eine neue hocheffiziente Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. We had a wonderful family beach vacation staying in this home!! The house was extremely clean, exactly as listed & updated. It was a perfect fit for our family. The owners were very responsive & helpful! We loved the location. Close to everything.

Catherine’s home was perfect for our family vacation and my son loved his special little children’s area. It was very close to the beach to make for an easy walk, especially with the provided beach wagon. It was an easy bike ride to Coligny and the park. I would recommend and we hope to back.

Walking the beach at sunrise cannot be beaten… so serene and majestic. House was very comfortable and well equipped. Fabulous neighborhood.

Wonderful time at this location! C and K took care of us from the start by answering many questions about the house and its amenities. There were only 3 adults at this stay but the house could easily host many more very comfortably. The house was clean, had many useful appliances as well as a healthy stocking of items left by prior folks. We would definitely stay here again and advise others to do so!

This is a great house in a fabulous location. We were able to walk to the beach every day. We were also perfectly situated for sunrise walks along the water to hit coffee shops in Coligny Plaza right as they opened. We were traveling with 2 dogs and the fenced back yard was perfect for them— a nice size and decently secluded. We had some maintenance concerns which were handled quickly and with minimal disruption to our group. All in all a lovely trip. HHI continues to be one of my favorite summer destinations.

7 Mallard made our visit , family vacation so enjoyable! The house is very clean, decorated simply but with some beauty & flare, also functionality, has a great layout, spacious floor plan, extra amenities ( beach chairs, beach wagon, kitchen goods, very comfy furniture, 3 outdoor seating areas, games, books,etc) ample sleeping options and bathrooms with great shower heads, seating for 8 around the dining room table, and a fun little children’s area with books, toys & little furniture ( our grandson loved this area). Not to forget that the house is nestled back amongst greenery at the end of the street.
Thank you for opening your home to us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Catherine's rental felt like a home vs a rental property. Small touches like having a fully stocked pantry from prior guests and cleaning supplies for the unexpected went a long way, especially after a day of travel. She was immediately responsive and communicative, very friendly and understanding. We can't wait for our next trip back in 2023!

Catherine and Kevin have done such a wonderful job making this home cosy and comfortable! The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach, less than a mile from Coligny. This area is so peaceful and relaxing. A great place to stay for adults and kids! My family and I always look forward to returning the next year!

The house was beautiful and well-kept and just a short walk to the beach. We used the provided wagon to carry our toddler and beach items and had no trouble at all with the walk. The back yard could’ve used a little TLC and we had a slight delay in getting the entry code for check in but overall we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again in the future!

This house was exactly as it was stated on VRBO. Very close distance to the beach. And very close to Coligny plaza. Perfect for our dog as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is well stocked with plenty of supplies and food. Great location for the beach. Nice to have beach chairs and the beach wagon to get things back and forth. We would certainly stay again. Adding some beach towels would be a huge plus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at this fantastic Hilton Head home. Located in a beautiful, quiet, peaceful neighborhood just a short 2 block walk to the beach. Home was well stocked, clean and well organized. Close to several restaurants, shops and grocery store. Loved it!!!! Owners very friendly and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Property was amazing in cleanliness and location! Had everything we needed as well as family games for us to play on rainy day and at night. We were even able to bring our pups who are part our family as well. Perfect walking distance to beach with beach chairs provided which was a pleasant surprise! Easy distance to shopping and restaurants. Could have easily spent another week at this location

The house was more than stocked with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Driveway had enough room to fit 3 vehicles with one being a large truck. Kitchen had more than enough supplies to allow us to cook 3 meals at the house. Location is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the beach and shops/dining of the caligny area.

Everything was perfect and beautiful. The holiday decorations were welcoming along with all the goodies. Our grown kids even liked the kid books; a walk down memory lane. The house was warm and cozy. The neighborhood is very walkable; the dogs loved the beach! We had trouble figuring out the remotes but the hosts responded promptly to help. The hosts also provided detailed information about the island, although we've come to the island for 23 years. First time not staying in Shipyard and we are glad we did!!!

We are 3 couples who love coming to Hilton Head in October. In the past , we have rented other homes. This property was hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST! Not only did host Catherine have the kitchen stocked, but she had this house so comfortable to stay in we didn’t want to leave! The spice cabinet had everything you need for any recipe. Laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and soap were already there, as well as some other staples. When we had trouble with a tv one evening, she was on the phone getting it fixed immediately. The location of this adorable house was a 4 minute walk to the beach. And there was a lovely fireplace outside on the patio in the backyard. We enjoyed this so many times. Definitely will come back to 7 Mallard Rd!

This house was absolutely perfect. I stayed there with my mom, sister, and two dogs. The location was just as amazing as the house. Catherine was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions. She checked on us via text throughout the trip. We would certainly stay here again!

I rely heavily on reviews when booking a rental. This home was darling and exactly as advertised on vrbo! It’s located on a quiet dead end street, a 4 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to Coligny, perfect location! Plenty of space, 3 full baths, nice open kitchen area. We brought our 2 dogs, and the fenced jn yard was perfect! Very clean and well-decorated, we had another couple over one night for snacks and vino, and they too remarked that the home was nicely decorated. Kitchen well- stocked, spices, kitchen tools etc, everything you need! Catherine and Kevin were wonderful! We had asked before arrival if the home had a drip coffeemaker, when we arrived it was missing. They had a new one delivered within the hour!! Along with bottled waters - super courteous and responsive! We’re already talking about renting this home again next year. Wonderful!
