Very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Big, bright room. Air conditioning was good but not super strong. Breakfast on the terrace was very pleasant and good. Great coffee. Right across the street from a big Lidl grocery store.

We were unable to open the window in the morning and we had the impression that wasn't enough oxygen in the room (but this is just a personal thing).

The hotel is very nice, large bright and very clean room. It's a new hotel therefore everything is very well look after . The staff were just amazing very polite and helpful.

We had a night stay only with breakfast included . I didn't like that fruits were not included in the bkfst and we had to pay separate. I mean we did not have bkfst at all but only fruits. Beside the price for one night stay is not cheap either . Secondly our room was on 6th floor the window facing to the main street . The noise that you hear is very loud . From 3a.m onwards is unbearable. The last thing I would like to add is room temperature. Very hot and not able to turn it down . When call the receptionist she suggested to open the window and turn it off as not able to control it from our room . We did that and the temp room was still at 27*C. I mean outside was -2*C and warm inside is good . But not that warm .

The only positive thing was the heat. it was pretty warm and the air conditioning unit, although very loud, was working properly.

I really don’t know where to start. First room’s door was broken and it couldn’t lock and our receptionist’s first reaction was asking if we broke it, although he probably knew about it. We ended up getting another room with almost the same problem. The door would only lock if you applied brute force to it. The cleanliness needs a bit of work to be honest. Linen was stained all over and the towels are pretty rough, maybe because they’ve been used a lot. Shower head was shooting water everywhere, not to mention if was pretty rusty on top. Next morning we went to the front desk asking for some toothpaste and surprisingly they didn’t have any. On top of it we told them about the problems we encountered and the response was “I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. We’ll never go back here. Not even close to a 4-star hotel.

Easily accessible from the main road, clean rooms.

Poor sound proofing, in a hotel that hosts weddings that end at 02:00AM - had a very bad sleep. Massively understaffed, had to wait 45min in the morning just to be brought the coffee. Not one thing I brought-up to the staff was addressed, zero responsiveness.

The staff was great, the room was clean, everything was on point.

We stayed one night at the location, on 5th floor, in a superior double room, the price was very good for what we got, clean nice room with a nice view. Bathroom a bit small but was clean and nice. Big bed and a sofa, fridge with minibar and TV, bathrobes, slippers, clean towels , nice big mirror near the door. The restaurant was on the ground floor with good and rather low price food. We had dinner there ( not included in room price) and breakfast was a swedish buffet : variety of food: scrambled eggs , ham, cheese, pastry, coffee, milk ( the staff was nice enough to bring cocoa for my son to go with the milk ).

The superior double room was on the sunny side of the hotel and both the ventilation and the air conditioning system weren’t good enough, it was very hot inside the room, we were like ants under the magnifying glass and the sun. Also there was no hotel parking, but managed to find a spot on the street in front.

The room was big and very nice. It didn't have a balcony, but it had an all-window-wall instead of it, which provided a lot of light. The bed was pretty big as well and the furniture's design was pretty interesting.

The staff was okay, although the food was mediocre. The room was clean, but they had some stained clean towels that should be thrown away because it kinda spoiled the 4-star experience. The bathroom was pretty small and only had a shower cap, not a shower head, which made it a tiny bit difficult to shower without getting your hair wet. The hotel is situated on the main road, which is noisier than expected and the parking lot is very small. The glass on one of the windows was broken and another piece of glass was added there to mask it and prevent the air from coming in, but you could see the broken pieces there and it was not 4-star-standard..Overall, the stay was ok and it's probably the best that area has to offer, but some improvements can be made..

The heating in room is based on air conditioning and hence will blow all night to keep you warm, giving you a headache too in the process

No desk or chair in the room. Impossible to work on a laptop. No internet signal in the room. Poor lighting in the room.
