Good spacious kitchen/lounge. Plenty of outdoor space with a private air source heated pool which took the chill off the water.

Coaches arriving at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel opposite on a regular basis turning in front of our property and having to rev the engine to negotiate the steep ramp outside the hotel. Not exactly what you want every few minutes when you’re trying to relax by the pool.

Fab location just a few mins walk from two amazing beaches.

Location was quiet but short distance to restaurants, bars, shops and beach. The property was clean and well appointed. We were greeted personally at the property and all communication prior and during our stay was good (mainly bu WhatsApp)

Nothing to actually dislike, only comment would be that a taxi app would be useful

We loved everything about this property - it has been beautifully decorated, it is spacious and having our own plunge pool was brilliant.

Slightly dated but fine

The apartment is great. Very spacious, clean & well equipped. Juan was a fantastic host, great communication before and during our holiday, meeting us at the location to handover the keys & run through all we needed to know. The added touches of complimentary beach towels, a well stocked kitchen with complimentary milk & wine on arrival were great & much appreciated. There are two really good sized double bedrooms upstairs with a jack & jill bathroom. The outside space is great with a large dining veranda, a rear garden with direct access to the two pools & a balcony off the upstairs landing and a bedroom. Air-conditioning through-out. We can not fault this apartment or the service we received from Juan. The location of the apartment is nice & quiet, very close to the Adeje Palace hotel. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite called Jade Stone, a supermarket, sports bar & supermarket selling all the essentials. La Caleta is a short 10 minute walk & is a quiet resort with many restaurants which appeared to close by 10pm. Torviscus, where the best nearest beaches with sunbeds & water sports, restaurants & evening entertainment, is about a 25 minute / 30 minute minute walk, something to keep in mind if you have younger children.

Taxi's could be a bit tricky to get hold of. There is a taxi pick up area outside the Adeje Palace Hotel but there are not often taxi's waiting to use. So you need to grab a business card from your taxi driver you use at the airport so you can contact them to order a taxi. The best way we found to do this was to call the number by selecting the phone number on their website. The taxi company would not allow me to pre-book a taxi so you have to order as you require them. They are usually about 10 mins. Having said that, Juan our host was able to pre-book us a taxi to collect us to take us to the airport for our flight home. Taxi company get extremely busy in August & we did experience one day where we could not get through to the taxi company when trying to book a taxi for the Siam Water Park A taxi driver later told us that the system collapsed due to how busy they were.

Very welcoming host and staff with great support on our stay. Perfect place for a more quiet family vacation but yet being close to the best beaches in adeje. Not overcrowded pool. Cool.

We really liked this accommodation as it was light, airy and spacious and really well equipped. A great location, easy to walk to bars, restaurants and shops. The hosts were excellent, met us on arrival to explain everything and were very helpful.

Great villa on lovely complex

Nothing. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the 2 bedrooms which might be an issue for some people.

This is a excellent property in a fantastic location. It was spotless on arrival and the communal facilities like the pool and gardens are also excellently maintained. It is perfect for anyone wishing to use the beaches and seafront restaurants in Costa Adeje / La Caleta. But best of all the people who looked after us, the property is exceptionally well run and all of the people we dealt with could not have been any more helpful.

Everything about this townhouse was exceptional: Location: It’s situated in a lovely townhome community one block away from Tenerife’s most beautiful beach. The community has three well-maintained private heated swimming pools and a nice play area for children. A handful of restaurants, a small grocery store, and a couple doctors offices are directly across the street from the house. Townhouse: We’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes and this one was by far the best. Clean, incredibly comfortable, two-story townhome that can easily sleep six in three separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for an extended stay — dishwasher, full set of kitchenwares, and a washing machine. Two beautiful patios on the back of the house overlook the pools. One patio can be entirely enclosed with electronic shades to create an additional “sun room” off that back of the house. Beds were very comfortable, and all of the air conditioner units in the house worked well, keeping the temperature nice during the hot days. Owner/manager: Juan (owner) and Monica (manager) were both fantastic. Super responsive and eager to help us with tips to enjoy our stay. This was our family’s first trip too Tenerife and we’re already talking about a return visit soon. When we do, Juan’s place will be our top choice of where to stay.

Comfortable property. Nicely decorated. Large living area. Liked having a good sized garden area to sit in. Large balcony with table for dining on. Shops/restaurants nearby and area has refined feel. Set amongst some pricey hotels. Was met at the property and shown around. Communication was very easy and worked well. No problems throughout the stay. I would definitely stay there again.
