The bathroom sink drips water,no water heater in the room .

Cramped rooms. No racks in the bathroom. Too far from everything and no beach access. Worst was all the people who came to the hotel to drink and clogged up the driveway making it impossible for hotel guests to get a parking spot or a nice spot to watch the sunset. I think there are other better places to stay in Vlore

The hotel is pretty similar for what we can see in the pictures. Its comfy, clean and the view is amazing.

By the price that I paid, I was expected much more. In the moment that we arrived, the receptionist guide us until the room but didn’t explain anything about the pool, or the breakfast. The pool was too hot in the first day, we can not set the temperature and the bubbles was so strong that we can not even turned that on. It was very difficult to ask help for the reception, because there was no interfone. The guys at restaurant told us that we can access the beach, but we was kicked off because the beach is private for the hotel next door. But the worst: the breakfast. In the first day took TOO LONG to us to get the coffee. And on the second day, they charged us for second cup of coffee. I mean, I booked the room with the breakfast included, they brought one cup of coffee and then we asked for more, they brought it but in the checkout they charged extra for the coffee. We told they that the breakfast was included and that we was not informed that just the first cup of coffee is included. They said that is ok, but when we went back to the restaurant the receptionist was after us charging again the coffees in the middle of the restaurant. I can not tell how embarrassed I felt. I told her again that we didn’t know that we will be charged for the second cup of coffee because no one told us that and I asked to talk to the manager, then she went back and say that we do not need to pay for it. For the price I was expecting the staff to be more prepared. It was a very strange experience.

No hot water was in service in our room. Staff was informed three times. Purpose of buying the room with the jacuzzi was to use it which was not possible. Unfortunately, the receptionist called ‘Jurgen’ which told us we could not be compensated since booking was done through booking.com. We were charged full price for a half experience.

Great place, comfortable rooms, away from the city in case you are there as a tourist.

We booked there one night on the top floor and we extended our stay in room with jacuzzi which was exceptional! room was beautiful hight standard staff was friendly and the owner make sure our stay was pleasant.We dine in restaurant food was good standard cocktails amazing (specially amaretto sour) breakfast was included which was delicious definitely worth the money ! we will back there again definitely highly recommended

The view from our bedroom was absolutely stunning, the room was clean and the staff were so so friendly. The vibe was amazing, modern hotel, definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our breakfast, however we recommend a menu as we weren’t sure what was available. This would also ensure less wastage.

offer better pricing at hotel restaurant for guests ex. 10% off like most hotels. offer information services. very difficult trying to navigate on our own where to find a beach or reliable taxi if you don’t have a car too dangerous to walk because there is no side walk on the streets with speeding cars, and street dogs at night.

EVERYTHING! Tastefully furnished, all luxury beddings, fittings and appliances. Stunning coastal views. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. I could go on and on. The executive suite with the private jacuzzi is definitely worth the splurge.

There is an on-site club/bar that goes on till about midnight or so. If you’re trying to turn in early, it might be a little loud, but other than that, pretty amazing place!
