We rented for our Spring break and had an amazing time. The house was clean, well stocked with everything you would need. We rented a pontoon and there was plenty of room on the dock for the boat. We saw manatees, gators and caught fish from the dock. Communication from the Host was excellent. We would highly recommend staying here.

We very much enjoyed the property. The game room loft and the big yard made things very easy. Multiple kitchen set ups for our own space. We loved staying here and look forward to renting again!!

We enjoyed the house very much; very comfortable with different spaces and things to do for all ages. The online details aren’t accurate be side there’s one of the bedrooms that we never saw, 16 people wouldn’t have fit; we were 10 and it was just the right size.

This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely recommend it. Plenty of room, great location, great hosts. We were able to park the boats in the water right behind the house with easy access for a day trip to Silver Glenn.

The property was very peaceful and accommodated our group nicely. There was plenty to do and my family really enjoyed being able to fish right off the dock. The only thing is the listing made it seem like there was another room, luckily not everyone was able to make it so it worked out. We would stay at this property again.

This place is wonderful for a large family that needs a gathering place, either a party, reunion it was wonderful everybody had fun fishing off the dock or kayaking. Also use the grill and had outdoor cooking.

My family and I had an absolute blast during our stay here. The lodging was perfect for our large group. Very private. The large boat dock was perfect for our 2 boats. Loved the fire pit area. Overall very clean. We would definitely like to come back!

We do a trip to Lake George area every year with a group of friends. This year we came with a group of about 12. This house was PERFECT! Communication with the owners was wonderful. They always responded so fast and were so nice and always helpful. Arriving at the house was a breeze. We brought boats and the boat ramp is literally a mile or two away and not difficult to find at all. The house was decorated so cute. It was very clean. Well stocked too! There was enough space for everyone to spread out and have their own privacy if needed. We loved the game room area and played "left right center" dice game in there each night. Loved the outdoor areas. The balconies were so relaxing and much appreciated. The firepit area was great too. They even had cornhole boards available that we put to good use. The boat dock was so good! It was new. Actually, the pictures of the dock on here don't seem to be updated bc it looked brand new! Parking with this big group was a breeze. Plenty of it. Even with 3 boat trailers! Thank you David and Kristie! We hope to stay at your special place again soon!

What a great home right on the water!!

This property turned out to be perfect for our group!

My youngest brother was about to start chemo for cancer & I thought he needed a change of scenery. There are many fishermen in our family and they fished, non stop for the time we were there! Caught lots of fish! Brim, Cats, Bass. Saw gators and manatee right from the dock! Some used the kayak to go down the canals. Rooms were very clean & plenty of room for everyone. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best all around! We will def be back in the future!

My extended family had a wonderful vacation in Astor. We have been coming for years up until the family sold its place. Renting this house was perfect for us. We rented boats and were able to park them outside! We fished and explored and went to Silver Glens springs! The house was perfect for a large group. We definitely want to come back in the future!

Everything was great. Kayaks were good and kids fished alot. Breaker in bunkhouse bathroom kept popping. This made us share other bathromms but overall we loved it and will be staying again next year

We had enough room for all 15 of us adults. The 3 separate living spaces was more than adequate. The neighbors were awesome and so friendly. We came for bike week and the ride to and from was beautiful. Lots to do from fishing to campfires, corn hole, playing pool. We visited silver glen springs and it was a close drive. The beds were comfortable and the decor was great. You won’t be disappointed! We loved our stay.

This place was very spacious had plenty of room an cooking areas and places to sleep. Our family loved an enjoyed having kayaks to use. They have stuff for all ages to do. We would certainly recommend this place an will plan on visiting again sometime.

We are from Central Florida and we were looking for a staycation location with friends where we could bring our boat. This was the PERFECT location, accomdations and set-up for a wonderful weekend!

I love this area to boat St. John's and visit nearby springs. Simple but clean accommodations as represented. Every thing worked and entire rental process ran like clock work.

This is was very much needed time away from home and everything was perfect. I enjoyed staying here and my husband also very much enjoyed it. The house was perfect for what we needed I didn’t even wanna go explore I just wanted to stay and relax. My husband wants to come back in the next few years.

Awesome place to stay! We had a place that cancelled on us very last minute. David and Kristie were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating! The place was immaculate, and they were very responsive to all of our needs. 10/10 recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Pirate's Cove in Astor. The property is set up to have 3 separate living areas to give each family privacy if needed. The unit is pretty well stocked (expect a blender!) and has many extras to keep the kids occupied. Great parking for boat trailers (we had a 30ft and 35ft) and 4 trucks. The only 3 issues we saw were loose tiles in the downstairs bathroom, one of the sinks in the upstairs master did not drain, and the refrigerator's ice maker in the upstairs kitchen is not working correctly (half cubes of ice). We enjoyed 2 days at the springs, dinner at Drifters, and awesome pizza from "Over Yonder"! We are looking forward to another visit next year.

We had an amazing time. Fun atmosphere and very clean. We will definitely be back.
