This is truly one of the best places i stayed over. My apartment was in the newly built block, and it really deserves 10 out of 10. This is family run business, hosts speak English and are available on WhatsApp at a short notice. Everything inside was newly decorated, and the quality of it is very high - you can feel it. Photos meet the description. Originally i booked one week with the view to travel around for another two weeks - but in the end decided to stay there for all three weeks.
The area around feels very safe - but on top of that, the hotel territory is also gated with the key access - this might be extremely useful for couples with toddlers. Plenty of parking is also included, and there is also washing machine available with a dryer. High speed internet is available, and connection is very reliable (was more than enough to do video calling)
Very well equipped kitchen, they even provide salt and bit of olive oil - everything is there for you if you want to cook yourself. The nearest supermarket BM is 10 mins away (a bit more with bags), but it's really offering fantastic value for money. Beach is 40 seconds walk (seconds, not minutes), 20 of which is walking up to the hotel gate. There is regular bus service that takes you to Santander (but stop is 10 mins walk, near supermarket)
Would definitely come back and can definitely recommend if you'd like to have fantastic stay with no worries. If you like and appreciate good quality stay - you won't regret it

We met Raul on our arrival and he explained and helped . Not leaving any issue unsolved.
His support was immediate if needed.
The shore nest to LA CANAL is probably the best in Santander area and is a great base for hiking along the coast
Air-condition should be helpful in hot summer days

Lovely studio apartment with everything you need. Raul was very helpful with tips and advive. A bit outside the city but bus is 1.55euro or taxi approx 15 euro. Located a few meters from a small secluded beach. Excellent location for a quiet getaway.

Everything . This is a great value for money. Super comfortable and clean. 3 minutes walk from the most spectacular beach of Cantabria. Dedicated parking spot included. One of the most relaxing vacation experiences.

Nice apartment near to the sea. Comfortable apartment with all needed. The Wifi is very good. Bed is large and comfortable. Kitchen had all what we needed. Shower was of Italian design. The host was very kind and provided all needed information.
The property has no place where you can sit outside. You can hear the entry and exit of your neighbors. There was no restaurant at beach but bars. Some GPS will not lead you at the property but to a dead-end street, Waze was fine to go at the property.

Very poor soundproofing of the building so a lot of noise when the house is full until midnight-1am and then from 7am... The house is also right next to the main car park for the beach so that doesn't help when you open the windows.

Super clean, only one block to a beautiful quiet beach, free yoga and Pilates during summer, secure and free parking, brand new building with lots of extras like laundry (washers AND a dryer!) and beach umbrellas.
The owners are extremely nice and informative.
They left our kids little packets of sweets everyday and provided us with toasts, jams, olive oil, vinegar.
The kitchen was nicely stocked, little things like brand new sponge or laundry detergent provided makes a HUGE difference.
The beds were very comfortable—new and clean and nice sheets and towels.
It’s honestly one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever rented and we travel a lot and stay in many apartments all over the world.
We would love to return.
A little mini mart nearby would be great. But I think the owner could stock some products for sale in the office and it would be successful. Like coffee, milk, etc. just basic things for breakfast as the store in the village is not close to the apartment.

Very comfortable apartament, clean and with perfect localization. Host friendly and helpfull. Good parking and no problem with avaliability.
The minus of my aparrment is lack of balcony (it is only info not decreasing my evaluation)
