Super poloha ubytovania- tiché prostredie a veľmi blízko plaze. Krásny veľký priestranný byt, super terasy a vybavenie - nič nám nechýbalo. Majiteľ milý a veľmi nápomocný.

Difficult to answer, as it would be everything! Close to the beach, great balcony, amazing wifi! Bedrooms are spacious, and we used both of them. The whole accommodation gives a villa-feeling and the street also boasts art nouveau villas with palm trees, singing birds and a lot of greenery. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room were great - and as we had also spent another week in another place on Sicily, I can also say it does not have to be "the norm" to have great air con. Especially with the high ceilings, one would not expect that cooling the place would be as easy (and we used maybe just one of the air-cons, not even all three). Giacomo is a great host, but you could read that in other reviews as well. Apart from being responsive and helpful though, he radiates enthusiasm and a sense of ease, so that even if any issue arises, you have no worries that it would be fixed. He just takes the pressure off completely, and that's rare. Awesome stay and would do it again!

We stayed at this place for one week and it was chosen as we needed to work remotely. I would like to thank Giacomo who helped me everyday with every question I had and made my life so much easier - he booked taxis for me, got all of the recommendations for eating/shopping, helped me finding the only one left automatic car in the whole Palermo area, and I also wanted to stress out - Giacomo speaks English perfectly. Apartment is located in great place, the shops/restaurants/beach and cafes are all around in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and has all the life necessities.

We had a lovely time at Mondello Beach House. The location was perfect: beach, restaurants and shops were very close. The apartment is in a quiet area and was clean and with literally everything one would need. Giacomo, the host, is such a nice person. He was very helpful from start to finish. He provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay in Mondello and helped us both with the check in and check out (being one too early and the other too late). I would definitely recommend, and will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at Mondello Beach House. The location was perfect very close to the beach and Giacomo was a super host . He organised taxi from airport and we had an extremely late check in and was there to greet us on arrival which was a lovely gesture considering it was so late. Giacomo was always at hand if we needed any information during our stay . The kids were able to use the beach facilities which they loved also lots of TV Channels for kids to chill out after day at the beach . I would have no hesitation in recommending to future guests.

I would recommend a welcome basket on arrival for the guests with milk, treats, bottle of wine it is a lovely gesture and makes a big difference to guests .

Giacomo couldn’t have been more helpful before and during our stay, sending us recommendations of things to do in the area and arranging transfers from the airport for us. The apartment was in a great location for the beach and a short (15 minute) walk to local restaurants (although there were some closer too!). We loved the balcony for when the sun was shining and enjoyed the very comfy bed - we’ve not slept so well in a long time! Giacomo even gave us some delicious Sicilian treats for the road which we thought was a very nice touch.

Hot water for the shower seemed to run out pretty quickly, but maybe we didn’t heat it for long enough.

The location provides great beach access but is less convenient (although walkable) to the Mondello town center.

The property is perfectly, located literally 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The host Jack was so helpful and arranged everything for us from airport pick ups to dinner on our first night and kindly letting us check out late on our last day. The apartment has everything you could need and the balcony is perfect to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day getting plenty of sun in the afternoon. Can’t wait to come back!
