Friendly staff, great location and rooms are spotless. Excellent place to stay and very central.

The host was very nice. Apartment was really clean and everything looked new. We especially enjoyed the radio in the bathroom!

The fridge was loud. But you don't hear it if you close the doors. So it was kinda okey.

Right in the centre. Super clean and recently renovated. Just perfect for a couple of days. Very nice landlady at the reception. We got the parking place for free due to a construction next to the building.

The tram is right in front of the house and it is a little loud

Very spacious apartment, well equipped and on great location. There are more apartments in this building. Our apartment was on the second floor, so please keep in mind there is no elevator. Around the corner is a big shopping mall with supermarket and bakery. 10 min walking from Schloss Schwerin and 5 min to the city center. We received a city map with highlights of the city. We arrive by car and had a parking lot across the street. There runs a tram through the street, you can hear this a bit, but did not bother us, and does not run very late.

They are renovating the building next door. We did not hear a lot of the workers, but during our stay, a truck arrived at 6:15 to unload concrete and stayed for several hours to unload. This made quite some noise. It looks like it the building is almost finished. Due to the inconvenience we received the parking for free.

Kerstin was lovely, and despite my very poor German we managed okay. Apartment had almost everything (misses a cutting board and bread knife), but apart from that it was spotlessly clean, well furnished, and central to all the shops and sights, especially the Christmas Market and the Castle. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Suggest that if you are driving, there is a wire fenced parking area directly opposite the apartment block. Recommend pulling the car in to the driveway in front of the locked gate and collecting the key so you can park as soon as you arrive. It's a relatively busy one way street and there is a tram track, so no street parking, and a little complicated to drive around to get back to the street again (especially in heavy Christmas traffic).
