The property could use more beach chairs and equipment. Coming from 16 hours away and not having space to bring our own beach equator would have been nice to have more than one beach chair. The TV also gave us trouble part way during our stay who can never was resolved. The location was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable .

Very clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Furniture was updated other than the couch, springs are worn out. Loved the beach cart and cooler. One of the two chairs needs replaced.
Sat on the balcony all the time to eat, read etc. Nice quiet community. Enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful vacation using ITrip . The team was very attentive to my needs both before and during my stay. Including the housekeeping team. I am very impressed and plan to use them again on my next trip back to Siesta Key.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay. Everything was more than we expected. The living room and kitchen met our needs and the beds were comfortable. We definitely recommend it and would like to stay there again.

Right from the start, everything was great about this place. Woukd deffinitely come back and stay.
Pros: easy check in and out, communication is great, very clean in the condo, beds were comfortable, nice kitchen to cook in.
Cons: at times the water would have a bad rotten egg smell to it, the pool water was prob 95 degrees so it wasnt real refreshing

The unit was adequate. Several of the things in the listing were incorrect. The two fishing poles were not functional. One had no eyelets and the other had no fishline. The 13 minute walk to the beach would only be for the hale and hearty young. It is at least half mile away. It was strenuous in the heat and humidity trying to lug beach gear. There was only one functional beach chair. Two of the three umbrellas were broken. Maybe the broken stuff should be removed.
The unit is in need of deeper cleaning. We always wore foot covering to walk on the floors as they looked clean but were filthy. There were dirty knives in the butcher block and dirty glasses in the cabinet.
On the positive side, there are plenty of beach towels.
As to beaches, it is easy to take one of the free rides to the beach. We chose Sunset Beach (Beach access 2) because it was less crowded, the water clear and the sand not hot as it is quartz.
Transportation is easy as there are several free rides. The drivers work for tips.
I have travel extensively around the world renting condos. This unit is neither the worst or the best but be aware that is not exactly as advertised.

The place was homey, and cozy! The pool was nice, and clean as well.

Overall our stay at Siesta Key was great. I wish we were a little closer to the beach, the distance walking was brutal in the heat wave that came through while we were there. The wagon that was provided was a life saver when traveling to the beach! The pool is very quiet. Check in was very easy. The condo was just as it was described. The washer and dryer was also a benefit.

The unit was very clean and nicely updated, fans in every room.
The only problem I saw was the ventilation in the master bathroom. It was hard to get the shower, dry and mold was starting in the bottom even though we left the shower door open to try that might be a problem.
But all in all, it was very comfortable had everything we needed, except they could use a larger coffee pot because we drink more than one cup.
All in all it was a very nice stay. Thank you.

Loved everything about our stay in Florida! Our condo was so clean so pretty loved the furniture and decorations. Loved the kitchen and it had all we needed to cook and eat. The outside deck with the storage area had everything we needed for the beach and the condo provided beach towels as well as bathroom towels.

1st Siesta Key vacation
Overall our condo was very nice. It was exactly like the pics on the listing which is always a plus.
Overall it was a little too far from the beach. Beach is 15-20 minute walk and while the beach access has parking it is extremely limited - only a handful of small cars could fit. It was just a long walk trying to tote all the beach stuff.

Bay Oaks
E43 at Bay Oaks worked out great for us. We walked to the beach daily, enjoyed the pool, and ate at several nearby restaurants. We would recommend this unit.

Wonderful Amenities, Pool View
House had wonderful amenities! It was nice to have a pool view. Bars and shops were all within walking distance. We walked to Crescent Beach each morning which only took about 10 minutes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Pleasantly Comfortable and Convenient
The unit worked very well for us. 2 couples with very comfortable bedrooms. All kitchen utensils that we needed were there. We loved looking over the pool and loved that the balcony is screened in, no bugs. I would love to own this unit. A bit of a walk to the beach but doable.

Best of both Gulf and Bay
Our first stay on Siesta Key so no expectations, however, we soon realized how unique this trip would be. The inter coastal was wonderful for fishing and watching the boats come and go. However, the beach was the hook. Absolutely the best beach, cool sand and beautiful sunshine. I only wish beach access was closer, however, well worth the walk. We would definitely return to Siesta Key.

Adequate unit
Nicely decorated. Pretty clean but I have unusually high standards. The unit was dark with little outside light in the kitchen and living area. Could hear the neighbors on other balconies. This unit’s balcony faces the pool. Pool seemed nice but we didn’t use it. People would put towels on the chairs in the early morning to reserve for later. All chairs were in use daily during the afternoon. Buildings are very close together. Courtyard in the center was nice except for the smokers. Bike rack was full of old, rusty and possibly abandoned bikes. This made it difficult for us to lock up our bikes. I would recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to arrive after two days of travel to a clean place where all we needed to do was unpack and relax! Usually I go around sanitizing and cleaning everything when I first get to a vacation destination. Didn’t feel a need to do this. Just a few suggestions: the living area could use more lighting and a large bowl could have helped when having dinner in. We had no large bowl for salads, etc. The management was very attentive to most of our needs and responded quickly. One other thing- this unit is not on the beach side and not really in walking distance to it either. But if you have a car just throw your chairs and umbrella into the car and head down toTurtle Beach (our favorite though not the famous white sand) but more subdued if you like quiet. We did enjoy the heated pool also. All in all a great two weeks and very comfortable. I would recommend this.

Love Siesta Key!
The condo was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. Convenient to the beach and village. The grounds are beautiful. We loved spending time on the pier watching boats and dolphins go by. Siesta Key beach is gorgeous, and the village has many good eating/drinking places. We also enjoyed going to Captain Curt’s Village which is a short walk from the condo.
