Beautiful Private Pool Home Just A Few Steps To The Beach Beachside
Die Beachside ist ein speziell angefertigten drei Schlafzimmer, drei B��der Hause befindet sich auf 113 31st Street in Holmes Beach. Dieses spektakuläre Haus ist westlich von Gulf Drive f��r den einfachen Zugang zum Strand ohne viel befahrenen Stra��en zu überqueren. Es gibt eine wunderbare beheizt, Salzwasser-Pool und ein Spa für Ihren Einsatz. Der Poolbereich ist tropisch und geräumig, mit einem Holzkohlegrill f��r Sie Genuss. Es ist von Palmen und einheimischen Garten umgeben. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es ist ein voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner und mehrere begehbare Schränke für zusätzlichen Stauraum. Es gibt eine große, Gourmet-Küche. Die Beachside ist gerade von oben nach unten mit neuen, schönen Möbeln eingerichtet. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einen schönen Whirlpool Badewanne am Strand nach einem anstrengenden Tag zu entspannen.
Es gibt einen 50 "Fernseher mit einem DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer, einen 40" Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und einen 32 "Fernseher im G��stezimmer. Wireless High-Speed-Internet mit erweiterten Kabel und kostenlose inländische Ferngespräche vorgesehen.

A beautiful house in a great location. It was close walking distance to many great restaurants, just a short walk to the beach less than five minutes, a nature preserve is located across the road which is great to bring your kids too. Other people complained about noise from the traffic but it wasn't bad at all. House is equipped with everything you need for your stay pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards,charcoal grill. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing week at the house! Enjoyed and appreciated all the unlisted amenities: pool toys and beach chairs. Close walk to the beautiful beach. Even though you can hear traffic from the main road in two bedrooms, it was easy to ignore. The luscious foliage does a lot to block out the noise and maintain privacy. We would definitely come back… if the price is reasonable

Our two week stay at Beachside was wonderful in every way except for traffic noise. The house is very nicely appointed, clean and tidy. The main suite was one full floor. The house does have several stairs so that might want to be considered. The home has a nice open floor plan. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and a great size. Our only disappointment was the traffic noise because it sits on the corner of a main road and that might not be an issue for some people. The home has close proximity to the beach so best of both worlds. It is also a short walk to shops, restaurants and groceries. I would recommend this home with a disclaimer regarding traffic noise.

Wonderful stay at the Beachside. Great location - close to beach, restaurants, Publix, and shopping. Only negatives were the traffic noise (sits on a very busy intersection ) and the pool could have been cleaned more often (a lot of debris from trees and plants in close proximity to the pool).

Our 2023 spring break vacation to AMI was fantastic! Our group of 6 enjoyed the whole week at the Beachside Rental and its private pool. The selection of local nearby beaches to choose from Holmes, Coquina, Cortez and Manatee made enjoying the beach experience without having to travel far from our rental. Island Vacation Properties and the Owner really know how to take care of their guests. We enjoyed all of what AMI had to offer us for the week. We Enjoyed it so much we started planning our 2024 Spring Break to AMI on the way back to WI. We will definitely be using Island Vacation Properties, LLC for or next visit to AMI

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachside! The location was perfect... steps to the beach and a short stroll to a shopping plaza that had everything you would want. We had family and friends staying with us over the course of a month with plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was fantastic and top notch decorating through out!can’t say enough good things! Great location for beach-goers as you can walk to beach which is about 5 houses away. Corner location on Gulf Dr. can be noisy. The TV was almost impossible to turn on due to inadequate instructions. We finally gave up and kept it on mute. A high-tech kitchen faucet had a mind of its own and nearly drove us crazy. Other than those two annoyances it was pretty much perfect. VERY well supplied -- great kitchen cookware, etc. Third full bath on pool level is great.

This house was our favorite yet of the ones we have rented on the island! 1. The pool hot tub were amazing! We spent a lot of time here since we experienced some red tide during our stay. The outdoor lighting at night is stunning! 2. This is about a 3-5 min walk to the beach depending on how much stuff you’re taking. It was a perfect location! 3. The house is about a 1 min golf cart ride to Publix which was super convenient. 4. There is a 3rd bathroom in the basement that’s not listed on the site. It was very convenient to the pool area! 5. The house was very clean but there were a few things that could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival. We moved the trashcan when taking out the trash and there was an old donut smooshed on the floor behind it. But still, the house was very clean and wouldn’t stop me from renting again. The three bathrooms were super clean! 6. There are tons of beach towels and beach chairs here. There were no boogie boards as shown in the pictures though. 7. The balcony outside of the master bedroom upstairs is awesome! You can see the ocean from here. Adding a couple of chairs up there would make it even more perfect!8. The charcoal grill is very small and is not very convenient to getting food to and from the kitchen. We only used it twice. 9.This is a split level house and there are a TON of stairs. You will for sure get your workout in going up and down steps... 10. Overall I give this house 5 Stars!! We are a family of 5 and it was plenty of space and comfortable! Can’t wait to rent here again!

We booked this house super last minute and we had never been to AMI before so we had no idea what to expect. The house was SO close to the beach and shops and overall close to everything we did. There was plenty of space for all of us (4 kids 8 and under and my husband and I), the kids LOVED the backyard, the house was very clean, and the host provided everything we needed for our mini vacation. It wasn’t a problem for us because our kids love noise when sleeping, but the road noise was a bit loud at night, so I could see this being a problem if you had young ones who wake up easily. Our code also didn’t work when we arrived but someone answered the emergency line right away and gave us a working code. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach and pool toys to use too. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back. Thank you!

Our experience with this rental house was fantastic. It met all our needs. The top floor was the master bedroom and bathroom. It was very spacious. The main floor had two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and screened in porch. The ground level was the garage that went out to the pool and hottub. The other nice surprise was the bathroom off the garage. The house was located close to the beach and it was steps away from the shopping center and close to the grocery store. This rental met all our needs. We were extremely pleased.

Excellent location
Great place to stay. Our family of 5 had a great time. My only complaint is the master shower had some mildew under a ledge in the shower. I also wished the master bath was as updated as the other two. Overall it was great and exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place
We really enjoyed our week at this house! I was nervous because at the time I rented it, there was only one (some what confusing) review on VRBO. It was great though, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, short walk to a beautiful beach. The hot tub was great, being January the pool is heated but was not warm enough to swim much. I would rent again! Thanks

Awesome for families
Everything was awesome except for the "terrorist" digital kitchen faucet that attacked anytime you were in range. Kitchen had all the bells and whistles except pot holders. Need a booklet that has wifi info, garbage pick up days and Selma Hayleks phone #
