Everything was perfect. The house has everything that you need.

The property is exactly as the pictures show, modern, super clean and extremely spacious with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space was exceptional and we enjoyed many bbqs. Sun loungers for everyone and an electrical awning that could come out to create shade if you need to. We couldn’t fault the villa in any way and the service we received from Barbara and the Viva Tropical team was exceptional. The location was excellent for us with many small bars/cafes and convenience stores and the locals were very nice. No tourists other than us in the area which is also how we liked it! We didn’t feel the need to hire a car as we paid for taxis into Las America’s and the other more lively areas of Tenerife when we went in (although there are also very good bus links as an alternative). Communication from booking to check out was excellent and it was obvious that the Viva Tropical team really went out their way to help at every opportunity. The pool lady was lovely and came twice a week to clean pool which was another example of the very high standards we received. Thanks so much for making our family holiday perfect :)

this property is beautiful and the host is fantastic - always available if you need her and nothing is to much for her it’s spotlessly clean and literally has everything you need!

As we were a group of 8 it may have been better for us to have a villa nearer to costa adeje as although you can easily get a taxi - at 15 euros each way and sometimes we went twice a day - it soon added up and it was a lot warmer down the front but then we did travel mid March

Everything was fine, clean rooms, calm area...

The location is good, a short walk to the pharmacy, restaurants, shopping centers. To the sea 10 minutes drive. I especially appreciate the quality of the beds and duvets, and the communication with Barbara. We were completely satisfied

We did not have any special problem. May be to add in the kitchen electric sandwich maker.

Beautiful Villa with plenty of space and a great swimmig pool. We were a group of ten people and everyone loved the stay. The rooms are spaceful and each with toilet. Spotlessly clean. The location is great, quiet but close to everything Thanks to the owner Johannes and the Viva Tropical team for a wonderful two weeks. Gudjon.

Leaving it...

Loved the location, how clean it was, every already set up when we got there. Cutlery, plates etc enough for our group. Can’t fault it.
