The location was awesome and very spacious.

Not very much, however the living room furniture could use updates. Patio furniture needs replaced(rust), dryer made noise the whole cycle.

I love the convenience and location of the condo.

No very clean. Had spots on walls. Rug in front room rug edges is lifting. There was mildew in bathrooms. Toilet seat in second bath broken. Dryer sounds really loud. Need new pots and pans. Need updating overall

Comfortable and inviting. Overall well furnished and clean. The lazy river was wonderful. Quiet and secure area. WiFi and TV's were great. Plenty of bath towels and such. Bedding was nice and comfortable. Carts were available to transport items from car to condo which was nice.

Dryer was LOUD. Would have liked early check-in and later check-out. Felt rushed trying to get things done in morning prior to departure and was unable to straighten and clean up as well as we would have liked.

Very high parking rates just to get a pool wristband and we were tracked down at the pool the next morning. Condo and furniture dated with some furniture just run down. In need of a deep cleaning

Beautiful pools, view and location! Pools and common areas were well-maintained. Very convenient to area!

Our unit, 2410, needs some work. Master bathroom - mold in shower and towel bar down and under counter. TV did not work in master but someone had unplugged it. Small bedroom - lamp did not work because switch on lamp would turn loosely - wall switch was on. Direct TV Remote was missing a battery and back panel to hold batteries in so it didn’t work. Small bathroom- mold on shower curtain and outer curtain discolored. Hairdryer did not work. Outlet was fine because I had plugged nightlight in. Kitchen - surface light did not work on microwave. Food left in disposal. Many surfaces dusty. Cleaning crew and/or person responsible for checking everything out missed a lot. We did not call earlier on all this because we didn’t want people running in and out. However, we did have to call when we checked in because they had not made up the bed in the master bedroom. (No sheets, etc.) They came and finished while we went to dinner.

There was never anyone easily available for help

Furniture was worn out. Condo was dirty. Beds were not made up. Bathrooms mold and mildewed.

The tops plugs in the bedroom’s didn’t work.

super spacious unit, great location, many amenities, great views!

property wasn’t clean, mold growing in shower, dust covered furniture, spiderweb on kitchen counter, 2 TV’s didn’t work(after putting in a work order and they never showed up), I’ve maker didn’t work, dryer squeaked so bad I couldn’t do laundry at night.

The house was beautiful. Location great and close to everything.

The bathroom 🪥 was horrible and was not brought a new one in minable time. Nothing to clean the tub. Didn't get a chance to try out the jacuzzi tub and it was our Anniversary. The floors needed mopping bad. After showering our feet was so dirty. Was promised daily the inside pool will be up and running. That never happened. Other than that the place was nice.

Condo, location, pool

For the price, you would expect a few extras like games etc. There were a lot of ants, fruit flies and a roach. Both ice machines were broke and no one returned my call for repairs. Also the shower was VERY SLIPPERY especially for a disabled person like myself. They did however leave me a gift which was really thoughtful of them. 🙂🙂

The location and staff was great and it was a great price for the facility.

The sleeper sofa was not comfortable as the mattress was worn and the kitchenware is dated. The pots and skillets have lost there stick proof coating leading to food sticking to them during cooking and the linen of the microwave is coming off . I’m not sure how that affects the heating but it warmed food unevenly.
