The Villa was clean, had everything we needed and the views were amazing! We also ask for the pool to be heated so we could swim in the evening. The children loved it especially with the colour changing lights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa for a short-term rental and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views and the attention to detail in the design of the space. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I found myself sleeping soundly through the night. The living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the heating pool. The views were breathtaking, and I spent many hours soaking up the sun and enjoying my morning coffee in this peaceful oasis. Overall, I highly recommend this attic for anyone looking for a short-term rental in the area. The attention to detail, comfort, and stunning views make it the perfect home away from home. Fantastic Villa big deep pool , spotlessly clean , magnificent views I cannot argue , safe and secure for kids , just a great place .

Nothing had an exceptional holiday

No hair dryers in any rooms and the lay out of two of the bedrooms,which are joined together makes the villa unsuitable for four adult couples sharing, the two ajoining bedrooms had no dressing tables so all toiletries etc had to be left on the floor and only one mirror to share between the two rooms. The kitchen was well kitted out but no toaster and no plastic glasses supplied for having drinks beside the pool. The pool was heated for an extra 100 euros. Views were beautiful and sun sets were amazing , All in all we enjoyed our holiday but would not go back to this villa as four couples

The villa was spacious with a beautiful view. The lady taking care of us was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The pool was deep. It was very clean and very well equipped.

The WiFi did not reach the bedrooms upstairs

Amazing views. Very spacious clean quiet villa. Kitchen well equipped. Outside eating area as well as comfortable relaxing zone and a great pool. Sun all day. Pool towels. Deep pool. Very secure house and safe area. Comfortable home. Suit two families. One bedroom does go through to another. Beds described as doubles - ensuite was UK super king. Other a UK king. Two doubles. Three shower rooms ( one was ensuite and upstairs main had a separate bath also). Very friendly welcome. Car recommended as very high up. Steep hill. Residential. Shops five minutes by car. Good WIFI. Easy to get to beaches. Ate out Playa Fanabe often.

Slightly over firm mattresses for us in two bedrooms. Personal preference. I prefer sheets rather than empty duvet cover on bed ( duvet is there if you wish to use, so I understand why ). Lovely bed covers. Small issues as there was nothing we strongly disliked. Deep pool which we loved, but not for toddlers unless keep to steps end.

Great villa with stunning views and has everything you would need, as on steep hill will not be suitable for everyone, but if happy to hike up and down the hill or hiring a car it is perfect.

A €500 euro deposit was required on arrival which could not be paid by card unless you go to the office, which was not a problem but did mean we had to plan a day round going to Las America's, we have been home for 4 days and as yet we have not had this refunded, I am sure we will get it but would have preferred this was refunded on the day we left or the day after.
