Pool, jacuzzi were great, wifi was good, facetime from the poolside! Loved the fact that it was so private!

The villa is beautiful and cozy, nicely decorated, fully equipped and very clean. It has everything you need to feel at home. It is located in a private, silent village, so you can peacefully enjoy your holiday. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they provided is with everything we needed. Big plus for the sauna and the jacuzzi, also for the ice machine. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Ivka, and would definitely recommend this place to others for a pleasant holiday.

The villa is beautiful and if a high standard, set in a peaceful village location within walking distance of a lake with Mountain View’s. The host Domagoj and his family were lovely and waiting for us when we arrived. They are very helpful but not intrusive. The villa is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. The downstairs room has a great hot tub with colour lights and built in speakers... also a steam room. Clean fresh robes and towels. This room opens out to the outdoor pool. Bedrooms are all upstairs with modern en-suites. Kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge is cozy with a log fire. The rooms are stunning and extremely clean. There’s a laundry room, again fully equipped with washing powder, cleaning essentials. Rijeka and Crikvenica are nice places to visit and the host will recommend restaurants and places to visit. Ideally you’ll want to hirer a car at the airport and easy to find your way around with the GoogleMap app. Very safe and private Villa. I cannot fault this place absolutely stunning and highly recommended! On the day we left and handed over the keys the hosts presented us with a gift bag full of Croatian goodies... What a beautiful gesture!♥️😊

jacuzzi, sauna, we even get robes, big towels for sauna, Living room is very homey, they even decorated it, since we stayed there through the new years eve, and kitchen is equiped with everything. The owners were very nice, available before and during the stay.
