It was located at the waterfront of the main street of the city, so everything was within walking distance. The view from the apt was just fantastic, it almost felt like you own the sounds to yourself. The kitchen was so well equipped that my families joked about wanna renovate our kitchen to this. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that I almost missed the sunrise coz I slept too well. I have to mention the washing and drying machines, really convenient to get your laundry done before you get on board. I would give it 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the cold water bath I took.

The hot water was supplied by the water tank which could provide for 2 baths, but I didn't realize that until I just put on shampoo on my head and found that there was only cold water left in the pipes. It would be nice if this info could be noted in the notice book.

Fantastic views and the location was great. Plenty of room.

Was a little rundown. The washing machine was smelly so we had to clean it before we could use it.

The balcony was quite small and loses the sun very early, but it was still nice to have a balcony. Would be great to have somewhere to hang washing on (a clothes airer as some items cannot go in the drier).
