Not really a bed & breakfast establishment as no breakfast is included at booking more of a guest house. The rooms are not on suite as the bathroom is in a separate room at the end of a corridor not a issue as you have a whole floor to yourselves so it is a private bathroom.

It’s right in the city center and has covered parking. Owner was very nice and helpful. comfortable room.

The room arrangement in the building is a little odd and the bathroom is down the hall from the sleeping room.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. I came to Ypres for the ww1 history, however what I didn’t expect was how incredible the town itself was. The view from my window was stunning, looking at the huge big cathedral and the main strip of town. It was in perfect walking distance from the train station, the Flanders fields museum and the Menin gate. The room itself was also lovely, it was super clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I would love to come back to Ypres again and if I do I’ll definitely be staying here

Sophia the hostess was amazing. We turned up to roadworks in the square which meant we couldn't use the parking facilities. She jumped in the car with us and we drove to a free parking area and then she kindly helped us with our luggage. Accommodation was spotless and right next to the square and literally 5mins walk to all you need. Although unusual the bathroom was at the end of the hallway. It didn't worry us but be aware if you are of a shy nature 😅

It was cold but Sophia had already kindly put the heating on for our arrival so once again we will praise Sophia. 👏

After my stay I noticed a message in my email box from the hotel saying that I stayed 2 person instead of 1. The worst part is they said I there was a lady with me. Which was not the case of course! So they blame me without any facts! Can you imagine how could it damage my family life if my wife does not know the reality!!! Ridiculous! Shameless!!! I will report them and I do not suggest this b&b to anyone!

Great location for Ypres Centrum, very helpful and friendly owner, comfortable room, clean and spacious.

Not much to dislike. Bathroom was at end of corridor but was not an issue, parking was a bit of a walk as Ypres was very busy plus road was dug up outside B&B. Bells got a bit noisy, but it was Remembrance Tide.

Sophia was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, rooms were lovely.

Sophia is the perfect host, very kind, accommodating and just a real nice person! The location is amazing, the morning view of St Martins from my room was something special, local supermarket 10 secs walk, local bars & food on doorstep, Cloth Hall & Grote Market less than a minute walk, location superb! The view in the picture shows just how close to guest house you are.

The only small thing was the parking, at the time the road outside was dug up and access could not be made to the accommodations garage, parking had to then be made on the Minneplein, which was not a problem, always found a space & about a 2-minute walk away.

Renovation of outside market square was a little noisy. Will be better when this is completed.

The location is hard to beat being in the Centre of Ypres very close to the Cloth Hall and 5 minutes walk to the Menin Gate. The view is directly across the Square toward the Cathedral and Cloth Hall.

Only that parking wasn’t available at the moment due to public works in the Square. Normally there is parking at the address. Free Parking is available about 10 mins walk at Minneplein,

owner was friendly and responsive when we called. she let us bring our bikes into her apartment block hallway overnight. lovely generous breakfast.

owner wasn't there on arrival - had to call her. building/construction going on outside - lots of dust and noise. didn't get much sleep at all. room was sparsely decorated and not very homely nor very clean. separate bathroom at the end of a long hallway. breakfast was in the owner's apartment downstairs which felt a little intrusive.

Breakfast was excellent; location very good but currently relaying the surface of the square so only accessible by foot or cycle. Sophia helped us to find parking as we were not able to use the garage as described in the details.

We booked believing there was ground floor garage facilities. We were not told that due to current construction work it was impossible to gain access to the property by car so had to leave our car in public parking a distance from the property. Room and bathroom clean but furnishings and towels disappointing quality for the price paid.

Location was good. Close to all amenities. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice.

Wasn't made aware the market square had been dug up and not accessible to vehicles. Fortunately we were on a motorbike so just managed to find our way to guesthouse.
