Unser 2200 Quadratmeter großes, luxuriöses, dreistöckiges Stadthaus ist sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter der perfekte Rückzugsort. Offen und luftig, unsere Wohnung verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern mit Panoramablick auf den Golfplatz Elkhorn und die umliegenden Berge. Es gibt einen Holzkamin, einen 36-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV mit Cox Contour- und Sonos-Sound, WLAN und viele entspannte Sitzgelegenheiten. All dies öffnet sich auf eine große Terrasse mit einem Grill und viel Gartenmöbeln zum Essen, Entspannen und Sterne beobachten.
Auf der gleichen Ebene befinden sich die Küche und der Essbereich mit einer offenen Küche mit Barhockern für zwei Personen und einem großen Esstisch für 8 Personen. Es gibt auch eine komfortable Küche, ideal zum Entspannen mit Kaffee oder Tee am Morgen. Die gut ausgestattete und ausgestattete Küche bietet rostfreie Geräte, einen Gasherd und viel Ablagefläche zum Vorbereiten und Servieren.
Auf der Hauptebene befindet sich auch die Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 36-Zoll-TV mit Cox Contour, einem Master-Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und einem extra großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Ein Gästezimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und einem großen Schrank sowie der Höhle am Ende des Flurs verfügt über einen weiteren 36-Zoll-TV mit Cox Contour, einen Blue Ray-DVD-Player und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche, die diese Räume teilen und eine separate Waschküche mit großer Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Königin mit TV mit Cox Contour und ein weiteres kleineres Zimmer für Kinder mit Ausziehbetten (2 Einzelbetten) und einem Bad.
Es gibt eine Garage mit Platz für 1 Auto zur Verfügung mit der Wohnung und die Wohnung befindet sich günstig an der kostenlosen lokalen Buslinie und Radweg, die Sie zu den Skiliften und der Stadt Ketchum verbinden, nur eine kurze Meile entfernt, ein 15 Minuten Fahrrad reiten oder gemütlich auf dem Rad- / Wanderweg spazieren gehen.

We were three families with young children. Condo was perfect as each family had it's own space. Easy check in and check out. Loved all the towels and extra sheets. Great location and use of pool and golf club was wonderful.

The house was perfect for our family of 6! We enjoyed a few dinners in and we had plenty of room at the large dining table. We were able to use the grill and beautiful stone fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked great. It was so nice having plenty of room to spread out in all the bedrooms and loft area. We can’t wait to return when the snow is better. The whole area is just beautiful!

Spacious and well appointed condo for five friends skiing for the week. Property manager was attentive and communicative. Check-in was simple. Shuttle stop close by is convenient to town, Sun Valley Village, and the mountain base areas. Hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities were just a short walk away. Wood burning fireplace was well stocked as a bonus. Excellent choice for a Sun Valley ski vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It is well stocked and nicely set up for a group of 7 adults. The dining table is great for gatherings and the kitchen works for multiple cooks. We especially loved the club chairs off the kitchen. They provided a great place to have coffee and chat!
The condo is convenient to the bus system. We enjoyed walking around Elkhorn Village and the community hot tub was so convenient. The roads and driveways within the condo complex were nicely plowed after every snow.
We would stay here again!

Well Equipped and Great Location Condo in Sun Valley.
We rented this condo in Sun Valley Idaho during February 2022 for skiing with 3 couples total.
The house is set up well for a rental for couples or families. It has 3 private sleeping areas on first floor and one semi private sleeping area (loft). Private areas: Master bedroom with King bed, Secondary bedroom with queen bed and Sitting room/bedroom with small sleeper sofa (probably best for kids). Semi Private: The loft has a queen bed an additional small room off the loft contains a trundle bed that can sleep two. The small room off the loft would share the same bath with those sleeping in the loft. The bathroom is right off of the loft (next to the bed). The condo could sleep 10. Since it was only 6 of us, we used the room off of the loft and the sitting room for staging areas with our ski gear for the day.
3 Full bathrooms. 2 on main level and 1 in loft on second level. The unit is well maintained and clean, but the kitchen and bathrooms are slightly dated in terms of cabinetry and tile. Although the master bathroom shower looks newer. Appliances in the kitchen are all new. The main level is above the garage so you have to walk up stairs to get to main level. Only a consideration for those with disabilities.
The kitchen is nicely furnished. It has everything you need (pots, pans, silver wear, Serving utensil, platters, bowls, Tupper wear for leftovers, Tin foil/plastic wrap and some spices (probably left over from prior rental), coffee maker and filters, etc.). It has a dishwasher. More than enough room for 3 or 4 people to prepare meals at the same time. The large open dining area and living room area is great for lounging around after a full day of skiing. There is a functioning washer and dryer in the unit as well as a outdoor grill. We enjoyed the fireplace, and appreciated a supply of wood for us to use.
Sun Valley Ski area is a 10 min ride away as well as the town of Ketchum which as plenty of bars/restaurants. Parking at ski area is free. Dollar Mountain, the smaller ski area is right down the road. There is shuttle service which we heard was quite good but we elected to rent a SUV to get us around. If we didn’t we would have been walking to the hot tub area daily (about ½ mile away) and waiting for the shuttles. If we were to do it again, we would rent a SUV again.

Your house was comfortable, impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed! We skied at Bald Mountain and the location was great - with good roads even in the snow! We would absolutely recommend it!

Great relaxing spot. Condo is very nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. Master bath has a newer stand alone shower. Back deck is large, a wonderful spot to enjoy the view of golf course and mountains. Furniture is comfortable. Location is perfect. Close to everything.

Incredibly spacious, well-situated condo near Dollar mountain.
This was wonderful on every level. Hollie was a gracious and accommodating host, the instructions and documents were thorough for everything from check-in/out down to individual tv instructions in every room (and yes, there was a tv in practically every room). Very well-appointed kitchen, loads of fresh towels, linens, bathroom and kitchen supplies, all very clean, easy to regulate temperature, conveniently attached garage, etc.
And then there's the space. This is the rare condo large enough to enable true separation among groups, i.e. the folks in the kitchen don't annoy the folks in the living room which is very far from the study/tv room which is separated from the bedrooms - and even those aren't located next to each other.
If I had to identify one quibble: the stove feels a touch under-powered for such a well-appointed kitchen and fabulous dining area.
Overall, we highly recommend it and are looking forward to returning!

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It was clean, quiet and very well-equipped. We traveled with our two kids as well as their grandmother, and all ages had a great time. We have been visiting Sun Valley for years and this was one of our favorite rentals. We love the Elkhorn location and amenities.

First time going to Sun Valley
My girlfriend and I planned a girls trip to Sun Valley and came upon this place to rent. Going to Sun Valley was probably one of the most memorable trips of my life, not only because I think it is the most beautiful place visually I have ever been (and I have been a lot of places) but the accommodations at this fantastic spacious rental were amazing!! It was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, quiet, has a gorgeous view off the back deck on a golf course with magnificent trees and mountain views surrounding. The upstairs loft was fabulous and all the bedrooms, beds, linens and decor were heaven. You have all the comforts/amenities of home. I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie staying there. I cannot wait to go back to Sun Valley and stay here again!

We came to Sun Valley with another family and the house was perfect for our group of 8. The house is closer to Dollar than Bald Mnt but an easy drive. Kitchen was well equipped for our meals in too. I would definitely recommend the property and even stay here again.

Cozy, comforatable Mountain Village Retreat
We had the pleasure of staying in this Legends condominium for two weeks in February. It was everything we expected and more. The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. It has a large,beautiful river rock fire place in the living room which we used nightly. The kitchen is well equiped with all the amenites you would expect. The sitting area by the window is perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings.
The master suite has a eastern king bed, large televsion, big walk in closet and a huge in-suite bath with beautiful updated shower. The upstairs bedroom with bath provides a lot of privacy and the two downstairs rooms (one is a den with a pull-our sofa bed) worked great for our adult children.
There is a large deck off the living room with a view of the golf course - more usable in the
spring and summer - we had soooo much snow when we were there!
The house is close to both Sun Valley Resort and to Ketchum and Baldy. Truly a great location!

Wonderful week-end with Grandma, kids and grandkids in Elkhart
I spent a wonderful long week-end with my adult children, grandchildren and my niece and her husband at 4512 The Legends Condo in Elkhorn over the recent Martin Luther King holiday. The condo comfortably slept six adults and two children with plenty of room for gathering in the large living/dining room and kitchen space. Since it was a holiday week-end and the town/restaurants were crowded we had most of our meals at the condo. It was a well stocked kitchen with every gadget needed for anything from a simple meal to a gourmet sit down at a table for 8. Every evening was spent next to a roaring "real" log fire, watching TV or playing games at the game table overlooking the neighboring mountains and watching deer and elk run across the golf course. Hollie and Barrett were amazing. Everything was in order when we arrived and they had been available to answer questions and find out about our needs before we even arrived, We look forward to coming back next year.

Beautiful townhome, great location and amenities
We had a fabulous time at this property over the first weekend in January. It is very spacious, luxuriously appointed, comfortable and clean. Large main living area and kitchen. Wonderful master suite. Views of golf course and surrounding mountains. The bus stop is a few steps away, dollar mountain and the clubhouse hot tub are each about a one minute drive, town and Bald Mtn are about four minute drive. Thank you, we can’t wait to get back!

Warm and luxurious condo in a perfect location!
A 5 star experience- our stay exceeded all expectations! This roomy and luxurious condo had plenty of room for our large family. There are five bedrooms all laid out to accommodate adults and kids of all ages. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and well-appointed. Throughout the home, the furnishings are beautiful and made us feel right at home. The view of the golf course and valley from the deck is lovely and a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, or evening cocktails. Location is quiet and yet central to all Sun Valley fun. No detail was spared in the setup of this gorgeous vacation home. We can’t wait to come back!!

Summer at the Legends
The condo was amazing, cozy and tastefully decorated. Every bed was well appointed with designer sheets, fluffy comforters and not just two pillows on each bed but four to six. TV's were outfitted with the latest Cox Contour remotes for watching a favorite movie on Netflix or TV series on cable after a long day of hiking or biking. The kitchen was like a cook's dream even included a crock pot! During the late afternoon and evening we enjoyed cocktails and meals on the deck while we watched the golfers playing a late set and the sun moving down the mountains until the stars came out and best of all was the QUIET. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Barrett and Hollie, the managers couldn't have been more attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. We plan to come back again next year and will request this condo again.
